“If you like fried mushrooms, this place has the BEST you’ll ever taste! They’re beer battered by hand and have a flavor unlike any I’ve ever tried. The boneless wings and the grilled brussel sprouts are amazing too! I believe they make their own buffalo sauce and ranch dressing. They’re very similar to Putter’s if you’ve ever been there. Highly recommend this place!“

“It was busy, but understandably. Parking is always horrid at the location I visited. The food was good! I think for $13 the crown jewel could have a bit more lobster. My vegetarian street tacos were incredibly greasy/oily but overall a good flavor.Vegetarian options: There are two or three decent vegetarian selections aside from a cheese taco or Quesadilla. There are a few options but not many. I do know, as a vegetarian, I hate finding meat in my veggie taco from not cleaning the grill or something of that sort. I have not found this to be the case here. That is well respected.Parking: There is paid parking all around location using meters. There’s also a couple parking garages that many use due to not being able to find parking. We ended up parking in front of the district and walked about 4 blocks to grab our take out and go. It wasn’t a bad walk, just more chilly than desired.Kid-friendliness: There was nothing I noticed that wouldn’t be kid friendly. There were kids right outside waiting and playing as soon of the street was closed for outdoor dining.“

“Best soft serve ice cream to have ever been made. The staff is always wonderful! The Cone is truly one of a kind!! I already tell everyone about it.. it's a need to visit. They have a cute play area and seating to enjoy your ice cream. A drive through and a lot of parking for the walk up window. If you have never been I recommend the walk up window and to try the strawberry ice cream (if you can of course!) Moral of the story.. f**king GO.“

“It was super busy tonight but the service was fast and efficient. Food is good: they have great soft serve in many flavors. Their taco in a bag is yummy. They have expanded their menu with more options of icecream I believe. It's all outside though and I don't think they have bathrooms. There are community ones just a short walk away though.“

“Okay, so I might be biased, but Grainworks Brewery is fantastic! I had my son's graduation party there last night and everything was perfect. The staff was friendly and accommodating, Mama Mac's catering was delicious, and there was live music. Everyone had a good time and want to return. I highly recommend Grainworks!“

“My new favorite Irish pub! Had the Shepard pie and Irish egg rolls. All the seasoning was perfect! The Irish coffee was also one od the best I've had. They were really busy but still got to us in a timely fashion. There's also plenty of parking nearby.“

“I tried the Vienna lager and a Dunkel. Both beers were just right in the sense that they weren't overly hopped which is an issue I have at many breweries. I don't really like IPAs and the bitterness. These beers were sweet,flavorful and crisp. Pizza was pretty good, thick crust but crispy and made with freshly prepared dough. I just had their cheese pizza. Overall I enjoyed the experience, may have to stop in again sometime.“

“Order at counter. Drinks in a cooler next to counter. Assorted soda, water, tea and beer. Food was brought to our table. Started with chips, queso, elote.We enjoyed these starters. Main dish, I ordered the chicken quesadilla with crema. This was a very tasty quesadilla and I would order again. They have a trash and recycle can next to door for you to dispose of your paper dishes and drink bottles. A very small staff, but they did a great job making sure we had what we needed.“

“My husband and I finally made it to Heather's, I've been wanting to try it for a while and they did not disappoint. The food was delicious (I had the nay-nay sandwich !!!) We sat in the back bar (it was so quaint) my husband said he felt like he was in New England. The staff was fantastic and service was great... But I lucked out and the house special for the weekend was Memphis style ribs. And after my first bite I was transported to Memphis in my mind. My wife got the burger, you can see it in the background of one of the pics. Also great! Nothing but great things to say. Definitely recommend!Parking: Parking in the back at the end of driveway. Kind of small and tight. If it is full, there is plenty of parking around the restaurant.“

“This was our first visit so I decided to order from the lunch menu. I decided on the fish tacos with rice and beans. The tacos were very tasty. I tasted the beans , not bad but I don't usually like them. My wife ordered the dinner portion of fajitas with chicken and shrimp, it was tasty and flavorful. My wife likes spicy sauces and she asked for the house made sauce. It was a bit too spicy for me with a little heat on the back end. Our server was very attentive, he refilled our water glasses. The food came out hot and on point. The restaurant has a nice decor, the bar looks impressive with plenty of televisions in sight. Nice place to eat. Lunch menu prices are good, if the dinner menu is representative of what my got on her plate. The cost is reasonable“

“Customer service was amazing! From the time we turned in, placed an order for six and received our order was about ten minutes. All the employees we interacted wih had a smile! We had the blueberry cone, plain vanilla, lavender milkshake, flavor blast, a secret menu item BB-8 and a monthly special. Everything tasted great! This was our first time and will be back soon.“

“A northern burbs favorite. Their beer selection are quite good. I'm having a wheat ale Pina Colata. Good for the warm weather. They have a new release... Motor oil stout for the dark beer fan. Seating inside and outside. Never been disappointed here as their beers are very good. Pretty good parking.“

“This a pretty cool place. Flights avilable. Spacious both indoors and outside. A wide variety of beers to choose from. A good pub fare food menu. They also have their R&D beers on top. This is a family friendly spot so you get a wide range of customers. Seems like it can get really busy but it really does have a lot of room. The beers are tasty and good quality. The bar handles patrons quickly so on busy days it is hard to interact with them.“

“Checked out this brewery the other night for dinner. They have a wide variety of beer that they brew. I tried a few of the lighter ones...they were good! We ordered chips and guac. The guacamole was awesome! It's a small place with high ceilings so it doesn't feel small. The staff working the bar was friendly and gave recommendations about the beer. I had a chicken Caesar salad wrap...it was pretty good, but I think they forgot the Caesar dressing because it definitely was not on there. Fun place for apps and beer!“

“I have eaten at Combs many times. Their Ribs in the past have always been excellent and I do not mind spending 20 dollars when they are soft and fresh. I talked my Co-workers into ordering lunch from them last Thursday. I was beyond disappointed to spend 23 dollars on a 1/2 rack of ribs that were so dry and hard, I threw most of them away. They tasted like they had been left over and warmed up several times over. This quality was very unlike them and maybe it was just a one time thing. I hate to say it but now I'm leary at getting the ribs and spending that kind of money to just throw the food away. Their sides were delicious and fresh. I sure hope this was an isolated incident because we really enjoy their BBQ.“

“We've loved the Jug since I was a kid in the 80s. The burgers are as awesome now as they were back then and fast friendly service. Always reminds me of being a kid and the food is always excellent and hot! Definitely recommend for a quick bite on a nice day!“

We met one of the owners (Gavin) and talked about the starting of their concept. Totally will be back again. Everyone was kind and made sure we had a great meal.“
