“This is a great location and very nice inside, workers are working hard, just need an experienced manager to oversee, as I waited at the counter to order until I just gave up, either I was invisible or they didn’t have anyone covering the counter. Husband insisted we try again, and everything was great, no bad intent, nobody standing around, I think the focus is on drive through and online orders.“

“I saw in a local Mom group that they were offering gluten friendly donuts!!…. As someone with celiac’s disease, it’s been YEARS since I’ve had a good donut so I RAN (drove) to get these and try them out. They were the plain donuts and honestly SO GOOD. They would be even better iced!! White, Maple, sprinkled etc…..some of my favorites 😉 anyway, 10/10. I’m really hoping they stay and some get icing too. My only suggestion would be a separate tray away from the non gluten donuts, however I didn’t have a reaction or anything but could be helpful to others who are sensitive to cross contamination. You’d get business from me in the future!

“As a donut connoisseur I must say Hurts is fabulous! We are occasionally back and forth from Columbus to cincinnati and often stop for a fix! Haven’t chosen a donut that is not super delicious. Staff is so friendly and welcoming! Shop is cute too with cool hanging swing like seats. Can’t wait to visit again soon!!“

“Milton's donuts are very delicious and traditional. I love how they stayed with the simplicity of what a true and traditional donut is. They are soft, and flavorful. And many to choose from. Average dozen is $14 which is a really great deal for donuts! The man working there is so kind and friendly. I highly recommend this donut shop ☺️“

“I visited the 1st time in a longtime. got a dozen of mixed donuts 🍩. Half yeast/ half cake. the cake donuts were awful. They were overcooked, so hard you couldn't even bite into the side. looks were very deceiving. On a rating scale of 1 out of 10. 1 being the worse, 10 bring the best. I would rate them as a 4. come on you can do better. Have a great day.“

“I’m in there about every couple weeks all the people that work there are so very friendly you couldn’t ask for a better staff. I do in-home healthcare and one of my clients just turned 101 and Servanti’s made her A cake for her birthday and they paid for it. I just wanna give them a huge shout out. “Great customer service! The lady at the drive through was very nice and patient with my order today, 8/16/2025 at 9:45am. Not sure what her name was but she deserves a recognition from management. She literally made my day! I have Dunkin within a walking distance from where I live, it’s on State Route 22 across from Meijer, but the staff there is awfully rude and slow, so I refuse to go there anymore. I’d rather drive 3 miles and get a great service with good coffee here! Kiddos to the staff at this location!“

“This Dunkin' Donuts location was inside of a gas station/convenience store. The donuts and coffee I purchased were great! The best part, however, were the two employees that I encountered that provided excellent, superior customer service. This location was also exceptionally clean. I will definitely be back!“
