“We eat at CJ Chan on a regular basis. My husband loves the Asian stir fry choices and I love the Sushi. This is our top choice in the Dayton area for both. We always get very good service. I would also add that while we eat in, there is a constant flow of take out orders.“

“We had a wonderful dinner with our adult children! Appetizers, entrees, and desserts were all excellent. The staff were friendly and the restaurant clean. They graciously suggested menu items and described them to a bunch of Cajuns. The rice pudding was so good! “Ok so we’ve dined at Old Scratch Troy location about 6 times since it’s opened. Waited a bit to give them time to really get in their groove. While I do recommend the place. Pizza is good, staff is nice (especially Amanda at the bar) and shareables are tasty. That said I would like to see the food’s taste be a little more consistent. My favorite dish is the fire roasted cauliflower but sadly it hasn’t been prepared the same way twice with the last two times it was barely seasoned at all once it was almost raw. Hopefully as training continues they will fix that issue.“

“Originally from Buffalo NY, found it very difficult to find a pizza that even comes close to what I was used to. I've tried many pizzas across the Miami Valley and all I can say is that most were pretty bad, and a few ok but not much more. 2 places were halfway decent but those places went downhill. I finally tried Joe's Pizza last month and have to say, the Absolute Best in Miami Valley. It was the closest to Buffalo Style Pizza I ever had in Southwest Ohio. Told their Staff the same. I will definitely be going back there despite being a little drive from where I live. I would recommend Joe's Pizza to everyone, especially if you're looking for a quality pizza!!“

“Our favorite place to go out to eat. The food is delightfully delicious with a broad and varied menu. I personally love the lamb and goat dishes! The best spiced tea we've had out at a restaurant. The staff are very friendly and always willing to discuss the food and menu. If you're a fan of Indian food this is a great choice!“

“5 Stars is not enough. Hubby and I stopped in for our first visit and he grew up Italian ~ homemade everything. Sub was filled with meats, mozzarella sticks were perfect and the pizza was awesome. The dough is fabulous, so much taste. Husband felt like he was back home. Cannoli was so tasty. We will definitely be back. Great food, priced fairly and the owners service exceeded our expectations! Thank you for a great meal!!!“

“Sueño is now easily our favorite Mexican restaurant in Dayton. The atmosphere is vibrant, with great energy and stylish decor. The service is impeccable, complete with complimentary valet parking! Their cocktails are a highlight, especially 'The Guy,' and the food is out of this world. We tried the chips and salsa, (Salsa del Día), Tacos de Cochinita, and the smoked chicken enchiladas — all were absolutely delicious. The smoked chicken enchiladas were so good that we had to order a second serving. I could eat their chips and salsa every day; the salsa, possibly a fermented pineapple and jalapeño blend, is one of the best I’ve ever tasted. If you're looking for upscale Mexican cuisine, Sueño will not disappoint!“

“How is it that this place is less than 10 minutes from me and I’d never been there until today? All I can say about the pretzels is they are AMAZING. The lady handed me my bag of pretzels and they were nice and warm. I couldn’t wait until I got home to eat one, so I ate it one in the car. My first time here but definitely not my last. “I don’t review on here unless something is great or terrible, and Lily’s is firmly in the first category. I’ve visited since they opened and felt it was a great brunch spot, but the menu was a bit static for date night dinner. I’m happy to say, they’ve knocked it out of the park with their new menu and Tiki Bar theme.
Cocktails were well-crafted and deserving of the price point, food was excellent and the portions were incredible! Best of all was the service. I’ve always enjoyed the waitstaff at Lily’s, but the team they have now truly love their jobs and their customers, and it shows! They collectively serve the customers as a team and work very cohesively. The result was prompt service and getting to interact with multiple wonderful humans. 10/10 will be back again soon!“

It was awkward on Valentine's weekend as the tables were so close in the area I was sat that it felt like we were sitting at a table with strangers. One side was a single long bench and I was maybe two feet from someone else. It was impossible not to overhear all the conversations. Not the atmosphere you want for this occasion.“
