“My parents were in town so I decided to try something different and we were pleasantly surprised by how delicious everything was. I had the manicotti and it was absolutely delicious. My daughter has baked ziti and she loved it. All of us were very satisfied by this restaurant that may have become our new restaurant.“

“This small business is very hardworking, kind, and I've never had a problem with my orders. The food tastes very good and I've never caught a foodborne illness coming from this restaurant, which can be a more likely issue with small businesses vs chain restaurants. The staff is always very friendly and attentive. There are a few specific dishes that aren't my favorite compared to other restaurants. The quality doesn't compete, but it's also understandable. Most definitely would recommend.“

“My famiy from out of town we used to go there when they came to town. Love their food. I always liked there waffles and pancakes with the fruit on it(I like blueberry) the best with a side of bacon. I never liked wihip cream so I was happy that the kitchen staff too it off for me. I liked being there with my family it was great felt almost like grandma's home in her kitchen I was very nice and hommi I felt very comfortable being there.“

“Ok so we’ve dined at Old Scratch Troy location about 6 times since it’s opened. Waited a bit to give them time to really get in their groove. While I do recommend the place. Pizza is good, staff is nice (especially Amanda at the bar) and shareables are tasty. That said I would like to see the food’s taste be a little more consistent. My favorite dish is the fire roasted cauliflower but sadly it hasn’t been prepared the same way twice with the last two times it was barely seasoned at all once it was almost raw. Hopefully as training continues they will fix that issue.“

“Sueño is now easily our favorite Mexican restaurant in Dayton. The atmosphere is vibrant, with great energy and stylish decor. The service is impeccable, complete with complimentary valet parking! Their cocktails are a highlight, especially 'The Guy,' and the food is out of this world. We tried the chips and salsa, (Salsa del Día), Tacos de Cochinita, and the smoked chicken enchiladas — all were absolutely delicious. The smoked chicken enchiladas were so good that we had to order a second serving. I could eat their chips and salsa every day; the salsa, possibly a fermented pineapple and jalapeño blend, is one of the best I’ve ever tasted. If you're looking for upscale Mexican cuisine, Sueño will not disappoint!“

“Cafe Terra Mediterranean is an undiscovered gem in the Dayton area. The decor was lovely (in spite of being in a strip mall). Staff was welcoming and efficient yet friendly. The food was excellent. We started with the cheese borak - four "cigars" of feta wrapped in phyllo and lightly fried. The accompanying tzatziki sauce was a fresh complimented the cheese rolls. The huge salad was beautifully arranged on the plate and included a variety of tasty things. We ordered the mixed grill for two and enjoyed every thing included, although we couldn't finish it all. A bottle of Greek wine completed our meal. I highly recommend you try this restaurant! Thank you, Cafe Terra, for a wonderful meal.“

“This actually is The Best Mexican Restaurant in Dayton! While we have tried many establishments around the area, this place knows what they are doing in the kitchen. This is probably the only restaurant where the chimichanga I order actually came out crispie and very tasty. Their refried beans are hand made and so so good. While my wife was devouring her fajitas and a Diet Coke, I got my favorite Jarritos Mandarin to drink with my meal. We are very much looking forward to our next meal here!“

“Lane is the best server I've ever had. Everyone else there is awesome, too, but her hospitality comes with its own unique charm. She could upsell anything, and doesn't let people push her around. Always friendly and never afraid to tell you what she wants you to hear. Come in and give her your money and compliments.“

“As always, we had a good experience at Coco's. Service was great, as was the food. The only negative is the fact you can't make a reservation for parties over 6 and getting them to call you back to do so after leaving them a voicemail seems to be difficult.“

“Walked in for an early dinner and they were able to sit me, my husband and a stroller without any reservations. Kudos for that! They have seating outside, great to take advantage of the great weather. The food was absolutely excellent with subtle flavors and quality ingredients. We had the Ceviche (spelled with a v!). It needed more white fish, but it was tasty. My husband had the "Tierra y Mar". The steak was good. The shrimp was good. The scallops were excellent! For desert we had the Lucuma Croustillant and it was amazing! Never had it before, so it was meat to try something new. 10/10. Even the coffee was good. Will be back.“

“Great place for lunch. For the weekend brunch experience, get there early because seating is limited for groups of 5 or larger. For lunch, I had the shrimp and grits because I saw a photo of the dish and it looks decent. My first bite was like a hug from the south (that's where I'm from)! “Three of us dining on Saturday. They open at 4 and we arrived early. We waited in our car in the parking lot and watched several cars arrive early too. Ordered pierogi and stuffed mushroom appetizers. They had a special St Patrick's Day menu. We ordered Rueben chowder. Chowder was just okay. My stuffed cabbage came with mashed potatoes and I substituted sauerkraut for the vegetable. All very good. Also we ordered Warsaw Platter. Outstanding and a lot of food. “Enjoyable local place. Cash only and no bathrooms. It’s an old converted Roy Rogers or something like that but it serves fresh, affordable, tasty fried chicken, burgers and ribs. Chicken with dressing got a strong recommendation with the burgers being a good value. Nice sides as well, didn’t have time to try the cakes.“
