“My Maman suggested that we stop here for breakfast!!!! We were seated promptly. The menu has a lot of options to choose from! Omelets, pancakes, and waffles. But, honestly, I was excited about the potato pancakes with apple sauce!!!! It's one of my faves!!!! I also had turkey sausage, eggs, and blueberry pancakes. Yummy in my tummy!!!! Maman had turkey sausage, pancakes, and fried eggs! Our server, Mrs. Rana was very professional, kind, and knowledgeable! We received great customer service! There is plenty of parking and seating available. Perkins is Wheel chair accessible too! A great place for anyone and everyone! Their sweet tea is good, too! The cookies and muffins looked delicious as well!! Is there a location in DFW or Texas, perhaps?!“

“I will start by saying this is hands down my favorite Chinese restaurant. Perhaps maybe our favorite restaurant. They are friendly, make sure you always have something to drink and quick with the food. Now, talking food. It is so very fresh and delicious. We have made multiple trips by now we have never had a bad meal, let alone experience. The atmosphere is relaxing and beautiful. Bonus, if you do not want to eat inside, there is a drive thru or take out available.“

“Although Open Table didn't show availability at 6pm, I called the restaurant directly and they were able to accommodate our party of nine in a special room that used to be a bank vault. So cool! Excellent standard menu with a supplemental special menu. The Scottish salmon was crazy good and shrimp and grits was amazing...generous portion and huge tiger shrimp with a honey drizzle. Service was timely and professional. This was our second visit. It was just as good as the first!“

“Ok so we’ve dined at Old Scratch Troy location about 6 times since it’s opened. Waited a bit to give them time to really get in their groove. While I do recommend the place. Pizza is good, staff is nice (especially Amanda at the bar) and shareables are tasty. That said I would like to see the food’s taste be a little more consistent. My favorite dish is the fire roasted cauliflower but sadly it hasn’t been prepared the same way twice with the last two times it was barely seasoned at all once it was almost raw. Hopefully as training continues they will fix that issue.“

“Sueño is now easily our favorite Mexican restaurant in Dayton. The atmosphere is vibrant, with great energy and stylish decor. The service is impeccable, complete with complimentary valet parking! Their cocktails are a highlight, especially 'The Guy,' and the food is out of this world. We tried the chips and salsa, (Salsa del Día), Tacos de Cochinita, and the smoked chicken enchiladas — all were absolutely delicious. The smoked chicken enchiladas were so good that we had to order a second serving. I could eat their chips and salsa every day; the salsa, possibly a fermented pineapple and jalapeño blend, is one of the best I’ve ever tasted. If you're looking for upscale Mexican cuisine, Sueño will not disappoint!“

“Hoagie’s is so Dayton! Their made-from-scratch crust is fantastic. Plus I like the way the generous amount of toppings goes all the way to the edge and gets crispy in the oven. Perfect blend of sauce, cheese, toppings & flavor. Their breadsticks are great, too. The owner, Mic, is good to her customers and really cares. My friend took me out to eat the other day. “My friend lives off 3rd Street and said she had fabulous food here. When I pulled up I wasn't sure what I was walking into but have been there almost every week since my first time a few months ago. Great food, really good service and you get your food quick! And did I mention the prices! Wow so well priced. Great quesadillas, great burritos and out of this world salsa. Try them, you will not be sorry. In case you didn't realize, I highly recommend this amazing little family run restaurant.“

“Branch and Bone was a pretty modern looking brewery with an interesting but bright style inside. Their bartenders were professional, and the beer was good. I tried two of theirs, and both were solid. I definitely want to try more of their beers in the future if I’m in town; it seemed like a cool place.“

“Went there on 06 AUG 2024 for my birthday dinner and it was fantastic! Ordered the stuffed mushrooms for an appetizer but it turned out that the kitchen was out of the mushrooms and Chef (and Waitress) sent their regrets. So, we ordered the always good pretzels and bier cheese instead when lo and behold, stuffed mushrooms appeared on our table anyway! Did Chef run to the store??? AND we got the pretzels and bier cheese complimentary from the kitchen as an apology for seemingly being out of the 'shrooms! The whole thing was wonderful and adorable! Hubby had the Chicken Paprikash and I had the Hunter (Pork) Schnitzel and both were gr eat in our opinions! I did substitute the slightly sweet, very creamy cole slaw because I don't like sauerkraut. The potato pancake was also very good (although MAYBE a tiny bit too brown/well done on the outside for me? But then again, I am not Chef nor am I in charge, lol), I just wish there had been more of them! Dessert was a chocolate sundae w/a warm gooey chocolate chip cookie! Our waitress was sweet and wonderful and I wish I remembered her name but hopefully she'll remember us from the "shroom/pretzel incident," lol! 5 stars all-around, can't wait to go back!“

I feel like that’s an easy style of beer to mess up, so it’s a good sign that they nailed it. The brewery is located in a cool area of town, and the brewery itself was quite pleasant inside. The staff was professional, but I get the feeling that they get swamped with customers sometimes. Toxic is definitely a good brewery though.“
