But the service was not pleasing, there was only one cashier handling phone order, pick up, drive thru and the entire register. Had to wait 8+ minutes just to receive my pick-up which was already right there.“
“Found this place while on a road trip. Honestly, it's not a very big place, but it's got a great atmosphere. The location is decent as well. As for the food, it offers a variety of Chinese and East Asian cuisine. Flavors were there, portion sizes were adequate, AND I didn't feel like I overpaid. Definitely worth the while.Vegetarian options: Minimal veggie options, but a lot of the dishes offered could be made vegetarian.“
“I enjoy there food here. I sat down a couple times and the atmosphere is warm and inviting. Usually I just pick up and go but the food overall is better than a lot of other places around. This is my go to if I want good, consistent, and quality cuisine. They even scrape your plate and box it for you “
“We always do takeout, and it's consistent and tasty, and a heap of food for the prices. Like old school 1997 American Chinese restaurant food... Comfortable and very yummy, and if you just get the veggies, possibly kinda healthy? Probably not but the Chow mee fun veggies always leaves me feeling less guilty than any other Chinese dish ?“
“ABSOLUTELY AMAZING!!! Was leary when my wife said Shen's was what she wanted to try for dinner.. staff was extremely polite and the food was better than any I have had. Was a little surprised on prices witch seemed high on the menu but when food arived portions were huge and ended up the prices were cheap for portion size! Especially with the high quality of ingredients! Highly recommend this place to anyone!!! A+++ keep it up Shen! We will definitely be back soon!“

“Love this place... food is always hot and fresh. Never a wait no matter how busy. Spend over a certain amount and get free items... Prices are great as well. With tip and everything I never spend more than $40 to feed a family of 4. They even have lunch specials!!“
“Ordered for carry out. Everything ordered was great. I got the beef with broccoli, general tso's chicken, pork fried rice, wonton soup and fried wontons. The beef and broccoli were flavorful and tender. The pork fried rice and wonton soup were just the right flavors and textures. The general tso's chicken was good, but a little lacking in the spiciness, it was mostly just sweet. Placed my order to pick up and it was all ready in 20 minutes. Nice customer service as well. When asked about Chinese food this is the only place I will reccomend in the future. We will be getting all our Chinese food cravings fulfilled here in the future!“

“I ordered their orange chicken dinner combo with hot n sour soup and beef lo mean. It was absolutely amazing. I moved to Dayton about a year and a half ago and I feel like a lot of other fast casual Chinese food places just didn't have that much depth in the flavor, or it just lacked something that I missed from my hometown. I'm probably picky as I'm originally from a big city with a lot of options, but hands down this place has my heart for Chinese food here in Dayton. I can't wait to try more dishes! The only complaint I have is that the hot n sour soup was bland, but I usually like mine with a lot of flavor and punch. This place is so good along with the bright moon buffet. My two fav Chinese places!!“
