“My 1st time at Bookers, very nice atmosphere n a great vibe, I loved the Vibe Band!! I ordered 2 perch sandwiches which were great as well!! I truly enjoyed myself, choosing Bookers has restored my faith in goin out. It’s very close to home as well! Being in guest service for over 30 years I was super impressed with the servers greeting guests as they walked in the door 5. ⭐️’s from me and great job!! I’ll certainly be back!!😃😃“

“This is a great bar, went there for a show this past weekend.
It has a great atmosphere with great personnel on staff.
The main concert area is great, and the back room is very nice for hanging out away from the crowd, especially with the wood burning oven back there!“

“I had never been to Black Forest before - no reason, just hadn't. But when they placed 3rd in the Best Burger contest last week, I had to check it out. Met the mighty Francis McGarry for a sales meeting and dinner. They were NOT lying about the burger - FANtastic. Staff were friendly and the owner stopped by and chatted. Bingo in the next room had the place packed, but it wasn't loud - they just sounded like they were having a blast. I Highly Recommend Black Forest for great food, and great people. Definitely 5 stars🎖🎖🎖🎖🎖“

“We went hungover fairly early in the morning, maybe 11:00. We are white dudes but aside from a few ‘why are you here!?!’ Looks from a few patrons All was friendly. I’m rarely in Cleveland but if I still drank and my hotel was nearby I’d go again for sure. Our barmaid was very very kind to us and also gorgeous, even in the (to us) early part of the day!!!“

“The meal with Mama Laura and server Tae was an incredible experience. You often hear of the chefs coming to the table talking with the patrons, Mama Laura was very personable and engaging. Server Tae instantly earned a generous tip by attending to us within minutes of us being seated. He showed genuine concern for our dining and spirits needs. I highly recommend this establishment for the excellent 'home cooked' soul food and customer service. You will not be disappointed. Also try the to go menu next door.“

“Been here a couple of times with my wife. 1st time we got a section, hookah, drinks ( lemon drops) and food. The vibe was very chill and refreshing tbh.I think it was song a long Thursday. It was fun. The food took waayyy too long, maybe because I'm a chef and know how long it should've taken. Seems like maybe they need a lil better system in that kitchen. Anyway, 2nd time (Wife Bday) no section, no hookah just vibes ,drinks( lemon drops) and food. Food was ok, again took too long. No customer should be waiting more than 30 minutes for anything on that menu. Ijs Especially if you are not packed down with orders. 2 orders off the menu shouldn't be a 45 min wait. Do better with that please. Other than that.Vibe was chill, no theme that night so we drank, ate and vibed a lil and left. We liked this spot and will be back. If you are looking for something more grown and sexy this is it.“

“We went for dinner on a Saturday night. I made the reservation for 5:30pm, but we were ready to eat at 5 when they opened. I asked if they could seat us and they did graciously. Our server, Madison, was very good. attentive but not hovering. She checked on us often. My dining companion had a specialty Christmas eggnog and I had the tequila flights. The eggnog was a little different in that it had kahlua as well as rum. It was delicious. The flights were varied and interesting. My friend had the salmon which she just kept raving about, saying she would get it every time we came. It had a spinach base with risotto and a bourbon sauce. I had the short ribs which fell off the bone and melted in my mouth. They came with candied carrots, brussel sprouts and grits. Perfect. We were so full, we skipped dessert. We love Millcreek. I think it is one of the best restaurants in any casino, except Vegas.“

“We recently hosted a lunch for ten in the party room at Mad Jack's in Aurora, and it was a fantastic experience.
The room was perfectly sized and comfortable for our group. The food was good, but the service truly stood out: it was prompt, friendly, and the entire staff was incredibly helpful.
We highly recommend Mad Jack's for groups and look forward to returning soon for a typical lunch or dinner in the main restaurant/bar area!“

“My husband and I Stopped in randomly after driving past on a Saturday afternoon. We loved it. Sat at the bar. Talked to one of the owners who served up a fantastic cranberry orange margarita! Cozy atmosphere. We shared the breakfast burger with the most perfectly fried hash browns and a side of the Brussel sprouts! No complaints. Everything was delicious! Highly recommend!“

“A bit loud, but not beyond what you would expect for a beer hall. The food was excellent, and the variety of brews was great. Also appreciate that they have some NA options.
Seating is communal, so if you are a small group (2-4), expect to share a table with another small group.
Overall I highly recommend checking this place out.“

“This was my first time at Cork-N-Bottle. I was very pleased. I honestly did not know what to expect but I was very happy when I walked out! I sat in a booth and was seen from one of the bar tenders. Right away I was approached and served very good drinks and food.“

“I feel like I got cheated from an awesome experience because of my waiter Adonis. he was not rude, he was just inpatient, he didn't recommend any toppings for my steak and was so matter of fact, he said he been there for a while like 8 years but it was so rushed and he was a somewhat of a mr know it all, I would go back but I would want a different server, he like finished my sentence and didn't take my request seriously it ruined the mood, the steak was ok, Def not in my top 5 steak house in the area!“
