“This was our second time to the Wood Room. Both times the drinks were excellent and the food was just as good. So far we have tried the Swiss dip, the Charcuterie plate and the pizza. I would recommend any of them. The martini (plain vodka martini) was as good as any I have had in the City and they carry my wife's favorite peanut butter whiskey. Both times we sat in the back and both times there were other large parties going on.
Not only was the service still excellent, but we didn't feel at all overlooked or overwhelmed by the other guests. We'll definitely be back.“

“The place was very cool and the drinks were excellent. But the bartender watched us walk in and left. He went into the small kitchen and started doing dishes for 5 or 10 minutes before coming back to the bar to serve us a drink. Very odd to just leave people allowed in the bar like that. But he was friendly and made a great drink. Also we were the only ones there so bartender leaving didn't make any sense.“

“They were busy. Almost seems like all the time. On weekends, you should arrive there before 5 pm to get a table. We went there with friends on Saturday around 5:30 pm and had to wait for a long time to get a table. Food was reasonable and good. We ordered Black Bean Burger, Fish Tacos, and Cobb Salad. Salad was too big to even share.“
“What an absolutely amazing night and experience with The Yard on 3rd! Our family rented out the inside area during the off season for our “Winter Blues 2024” party. Katie was our coordinator, hostess and bartender…. And MAN…. She rocked every aspect of her role! I originally inquired via FB messenger and her response time was within 5 mins! We had every detail planned for a party of about 40 people, within a few minutes (seriously) and she offered any additional support /questions we may have needed with her contact info! On the date of the event ( JANUARY) we were greeted kindly and she presented nothing but professionalism and completely executed the manager/bartender role perfectly! Our guests were impressed ( even though we’ve frequented this establishment in the past and expected nothing less!!) The entire party was so smooth, tailored to our liking and we HIGHLY recommend Katie and The Yard on 3rd!!! The only regret was not renting it out for longer because we were having such an amazing time!!!! Well done—- and THANK YOU!!! Hey— other businesses… take note—- THIS is how to be successful all year long!!!! Thank you again for exceeding our expectations and helping beat our “Winter Blues”!!!! CHEERS!“

“Delicious food and a variety of dinners on Fridays. Great prices on food and drinks. Love their salads and potato pancakes. O’Cevapi is another favorite and the steaks are out of this world. Great pork dishes as well and never dry with plenty of flavor. Drinks are simple, but a great price.“

“$20 for one cosmo martini! Ouch. Get more high top tables for the dance “floor.” Good bands but you dance in a parking lot (so classy?) A place where all converge…too many biker dudes and harsh biker chicks for my tastes. (Don’t bring your dog and you both take up a couch.) Good place if you’re meeting friends.“

“hey guys, this was my first time here. I was there to meet my cousin for her birthday brunch. It was a good time. The DJ was the bar. I did not get a chance to eat anything but my family did and there were no complaints. The atmosphere was nice, and it was a nice establishment like the dining area split from the bar area. “Great, great, great family-owned bar. Full bar, draft and bottled beer, but I didn't check the wine list. I did see a lady with what looked like wine. Great jukebox! You pick from what the owners like, but they have good taste and there were a bunch of free songs when I went there. It's like a family reunion at your fun uncle's house. Since I am usually the fun uncle, I am jealous but in the best way. Bags of chips behind the bar was the food I saw. Cash only, there was an ATM. Great drink prices. Will return to this great bar when I return to Cleveland.“

“I haven’t been on 185th St. in quite some time. I believe I’ve been to this establishment a very long time ago. It was clean when you walked in they don’t have a menu for the restaurant. It’s pretty much at the entrance area which I did not see. They do sell chips, pretzels, potato chips, popcorn for two dollars a bag Pretty dang good deal it’s cheaper than a grocery store. I found their bar area to be spacious. Their drink prices are extremely reasonable. This is definitely a place that I would Alert, the 21 and up crowd….. A shot of liquor-2.00$/four dollars for a double. I couldn’t believe it. I almost dropped my wallet on the ground because I was in shock! 5$ for a Vodka and Coke ! Just to note it’s a CASH BAR ONLY. NO CREDIT CARDS OR DEBIT CARDS . I didn’t want to forget to mention that definitely ask for Charlie. He was so cool! That was probably the best service I’ve ever received at a full bar in my life. They came to me really fast ! They have a pretty decent floor so if you want to dance when you listening to the live music. I saw the Allen green band last night. They were amazing! I’m definitely a fan. When a band is not playing they do have a music selector that has pretty good range of everything. The Sound was amazing. Nothing was too high. Nothing was too low. The bathrooms are downstairs. believe they have an outside patio for smokers. As far as parking, I parked across the street, which was not far at all the family dollar parking lot was adequate. I did pay a five dollar cover charge when I walked through the door because there was a band.
Vegetarian options: The food that I saw people order was like a very thin steak on a plate with mashed potatoes. It was not fancy at all. They do have a lot of fried food options, mozzarella sticks for any other menu options you need to call the bar. I’m sure they had sandwiches and burgers but I didn’t see anything like that.
Parking: You definitely want to go somewhere early enough to park. Family Dollar parking lot. They seem to be understandable for people to park there at night. I did not have a problem and I felt very safe. It’s well lit.
Kid-friendliness: Don’t bring your children here. It’s a BAR
Wheelchair accessibility: I wouldn’t consider this place wheelchair accessible. Especially through the front door it’s very narrow . I’m sure that the person can enter through a different door in the back to be able to get into the bar. I would also inquire if they have a bathroom on the main floor. The bathrooms are down a flight of steps..“

“Our bartender was super friendly and took great care of us. She didn’t treat the skinny people I came with any different than me and my other fat friends that came. Food was great and so were the drinks the queen was serving up behind the bar I was wasted and making people take cute photos of me(see added photos) will definitely be back and I’ll bring all my super fat friends cause they will love the menu here.“

“Wandered in with some friends for a quick drink and was pretty blown away by the live band they had playing AND the great barmaids and service! We wound up staying way longer than the 15 mins we intended to because "Scatterbraind" kept playing songs we couldn't walk out on, and the bartenders made us feel right at home! Prices were great. Food was fantastic, (we didn't plan on eating there!) , and the music was impeccable! Everything from Pink Floyd to the Grateful Dead to Sublime, Tool, and lots of new stuff we've never heard that we hope to hear again!! We will definitely be back and we will be on the look out for "Scatterbraind" to be performing in the future!! 5 stars ☆☆☆☆☆ across the board!! What a good time!“
