Dad, mom and kids are all excited to taste the hot moisture gravy from the hamburgers and the sauteed onions and crispy pickles. Well, guess what , let the staff from this site take you back to that good feeling of your childhood.
We have grown up and the times have changed but this White Castle site worked hard to keep the tradition. The workers are mature and respectful.
The Castle lobby and bathroom is clean and their work station appears to be clean and sanitary .
They have a walk out cashier. It gives you a feeling of a waiter serving your table. Neat. Huh!

He was so sweet with my 18 month old daughter, even giving her some suckers and a gift certificate for next time. Not only was the service top notch, but the food was to die for! “went to Swensons on Madison road in Cincinnati ohio. We had been meaning to try this since it open. We were a little disappointed in the serving size of the fries, Double cheese burger, and Fried bologna sandwich. Taste wise it was great. Service was fast and friendly. I'd recommend to anyone but I'd definitely recommend to double your order if you want enough to eat.“

“My husband and I had dinner here before attending the Nate Bargatze comedy show on Sunday, October 26th. We were running late due to the Bengals game letting out, and the traffic and crowds in the streets were beyond chaotic. We called Bourbon's and informed them of the situation and they were so kind to hold our table for us. We finally arrived and we were greeted and seated immediately. The service, the food, and the ambiance were all excellent. We would highly recommend this place. It's a great location if you're attending an event at Paycor Stadium, the Reds Stadium, or the Heritage Bank Center. It was an easy choice being so close to the venue we were attending and we're glad we chose it!“

“Last time we came here we had a gift card for Oakley kitchen, and the man working at the time (April 16th 2024 actually) did sketches and drawings and was super nice, (also the burgers are phenomenal) he figured out how to use the gift card perfectly fine and even rung us up a second time for another order. We came again today and they suddenly can’t take the gift card, it’s a 100 dollar gift card and there’s only four places even open here with fat Al’s being one of the two places we’re interested in. Tried Freddy’s in Fairfield for the first time last weekend and was honestly impressed. I’d heard of Freddy’s before but never actually been, and now I get the hype.

I got the double steakburger combo and my friend tried the patty melt. The steakburger was super flavorful, and I really liked the crispy edges on the patty — kind of like how you’d do it on a flat top at home. Fries were super thin (like, shoestring thin), which I didn’t expect, but they were fresh and really good with their fry sauce.

Big shoutout to Kamya at the front counter — she was super friendly and patient while we looked over the menu (first-timer here!). She made a great recommendation for the custard too — I went with the vanilla and caramel and it was so good.

Service was quick, the place was clean, and the staff seemed genuinely upbeat. It’s still fast food, sure, but it felt like a step up. I’ll definitely be back next time I’m in the area“

Update: Food was good! Burger was great and fries were good as well. I personally liked that the fries were not over seasoned with salt. That ups my review to 4 stars but service could be quicker as I waited around 15 min for the food.“

“The food and service was good. The space you have in the booth seating is very tight. I am not a big person and the space you have between the back of the seats and the table is very uncomfortable. We came in with a group of four and were told to wait by one host, while another group of four came in behind us and the second host seated them without a wait. This might sound a bit petty, the host incident may have been an honest mistake, but the booth size is definitely something you want to pay attention to when dining in.“

The slider sampler is such a smart option on a menu because it gave us an opportunity to try a few burgers 🍔 I'd definitely recommend the one with the goat cheese! The loaded mimosas were VERY strong. We should've checked to see what was in them first so that was our bad 😅 We drank about 1/2 of ours and were feeling it. Neither of us are big alcohol drinkers though. We wanted the seasoned parmesan fries as an appetizer and our waitress let us know that we could just upgrade from the chips! She was the only employee there and made my favorite (loaded salmon and grits!!!) and it was sooooo perfect 👌🏾 I couldn’t help but to do a happy dance when I tasted my food!!!! They were able to add the lobster to a grilled cheese but not the crab meat and it was good just a tad bit salty but I would definitely try again. Really appreciated them making the accommodation. Rest of the food was good except for the Coleslaw, just too different for my taste. Bacon cheeseburger was better than average. Mozzarella sticks were ok. Waitresses was ok, not as conversational as we are use to but serviceable. Price was reasonable for 2 meals, a speciality sandwich, and an appetizer. We agreed to give this establishment a 8 out of 10 overall. Definitely will return.“
