We have grown up and the times have changed but this White Castle site worked hard to keep the tradition. The workers are mature and respectful.
The Castle lobby and bathroom is clean and their work station appears to be clean and sanitary .
They have a walk out cashier. It gives you a feeling of a waiter serving your table. Neat. Huh!

Menu is obviously chili-centric, but even so, there's a good variety of items available (chili dogs, chili burritos, chili spaghetti, etc.) I had the Chilitos and they were quite good! “Just ordered Bubbakoo's today and Chipotle no longer exists to me. This restaurant outdoes them in every way. I would marry this restaurant if I could. I ordered a taco salad with fried cauliflower and I melted as soon as I took my first bite. The crispiness of the cauliflower was perfectly complimented by the perfectly cooked beans, delicious sauce and guacamole. The way my food was packaged made it feel like I was opening a present. I think I'm in love.

“Night shift seems to have some management issues it’s 11 o’clock at night, but I didn’t get my onions on my five ways skyline usually pretty good about putting what they’re supposed to in a bag so I didn’t check until I got home It kind of ruined my five ways“

“Having one line for actual drive-through orders and one line for mobile orders in theory seems like a good idea but at this location is not a smart one. There are hardly any mobile orders that go through this line, but the drive-through line is always eight or nine cars long. Everything is taken care of as usual, but saving one line for mobile only is not a great choice. Any other place that has mobile app usage takes care of them in the same line. You just have to specify who you are..“

“I mean come on, it's Skyline, so we all know the food is as expected. Had a 5-way with the team, and it tasted like a 5-way should. A little too much liquid, so next time, I'll try it dry. “When in…You eat chili. Skyline might not be the OG but it is still iconic and accessible. No where you find yourself in the Queen City.Personally, noodles are my least favorite delivery method for chili to taste buds. But, icons existing for a reason. Even though the chili is a little sweet for my liking, the chili dogs are a wiener (see what I did there) and the service is great!Legends exist for a reason!“

“It’s a fast food place in a strip mall. Not sure how to rate atmosphere, it was clean and decent. I had chili dogs and tried the chili bowl. I like chili and chili hotdogs with cheese so I gave it 5 stars. Maybe not the best I’ve ever had the chili is a little sweet for what I usually have but it was still good. They had a drive through and takeout, optional sit down service was a surprise. The great attitude of the staff was nice and the complete opposite of restaurant staff here in California. It’s the kind of food you’d get at a county fair but I sort of expected that when I went in. Overall I thought it was great and inexpensive.“

“A regular fast food experience, the chicken fingers were crispy and crunchy. I am not a huge fan of the Canes sauce. The customer service was good not great, I think this location needs to do more with a Chick-fil-eh right across the street. They are the gold standard for customer service and they have a long ways to get to that type of service and customer experience.“

“First visit today - I ordered 2 full slabs, the fried cabbage, jalapeño corn bread stuffing, and potato salad sides, all of which perfectly compliment the smoke on those ribs. Also got to sample a new menu item - jerk pork burnt ends. Absolutely fantastic! The flavor of that jerk sauce will give you chills. Definitely coming back to try everything (yes, everything) else. “went to Swensons on Madison road in Cincinnati ohio. We had been meaning to try this since it open. We were a little disappointed in the serving size of the fries, Double cheese burger, and Fried bologna sandwich. Taste wise it was great. Service was fast and friendly. I'd recommend to anyone but I'd definitely recommend to double your order if you want enough to eat.“

I was shook in Erie when an actually thick plump patty was on my sandwich. I’m not sure what may make one Chick-fil-A have tiny pieces of chicken on sandwiches as opposed to one that doesn’t but just something I noticed in my travels.“

When I opened my food this evening someone had included a bit of candy with my cheese and it almost made me cry, it was so sweet and kind and made my whole night so much better! “It's skyline, so the food was great as usual. The main thing I wasn't a fan of, was that they removed the salt shakers from the table. Once I realized that, I had to wait to get my server's attention to bring me several packets. It might be nitpicking but that was the only issue I had.“

Waitress was a young HS girl and the service was average at best. The chili and cheese coneys definitely made up for all of it and it was all good. Been 10 months since I sat down and had Skyline. The chili was GOOOOOD and those cheese coneys even better.“
