Arby's is a well-run establishment known for its excellent customer service and friendly staff. The food is great, and the restaurant maintains a clean environment. While the service is generally good, there have been occasional issues, such as missed orders or problems with items like the orange shake. For instance, one customer reported that the shake was taped shut and exploded when opened, which was a concern during hot weather. Despite these setbacks, the staff works hard to address problems and ensure customers feel valued. Overall, Arby's demonstrates a commitment to customer satisfaction, making every visit a positive experience, even if there are occasional hiccups.
