“I just wanted to give a shout out to one of the employees working today. I didn't catch his name, but he was a shorter guy with blond hair, glasses, and a polo shirt working near the front of the line.

He was working hard to keep things moving and seemed focused on making sure customers had a good experience. He made a positive impression, and I wanted to make sure that was recognized.

The restaurant was clean, the food was good, and I wouldn't hestitate to grab a bite here again in the future.“

“The atmosphere is absolutely top notch. Beautiful painted murals with a Catrina art influence, flowers, decor, colorful lights, high ceilings. Even the bathrooms are luxious (and clean) with black marble and color changing lights. The food is also excellent, meats are flavorful, some of the best shrimp I've had. Big selection but the vegetarian menu is a bit limited. The bar area is beautiful. Highly recommended if you're looking for a creative and atmospheric experience.“

“Blue Agave Mexican Restaurant! Don Rolando el jefe de tortillas! .... this Chef makes fresh tortillas for his guest. He told me the story of how his grandma would make fresh tortillas and slide him one or two before dinner as a kid. He would add a little water and salt roll it into a ball and eat it before anyone would notice. This act of love and family traditions has now made it to your table.
