On Tuesday, November 9th, after dropping my Father off for surgery I took my Mother to Tim Horton's in New Albany on Johnstown Rd at her request. After pulling up to the drive-thru an employee came on the speaker and asked us to review the menu and they would be back shortly to take our order. In the last couple months, the service has went downhill. Today was the second time I was told by an employee "I don't know what you're talking about" when I asked for a member only deal. It's also the third or fourth time the latte machine has been broken. I left without ordering anything. Hopefully she figures out "what I'm talking about" since she works there. I give up on this location. 🙄
