“Food and service were excellent, and I get that corporate sales want to put a samwhich in a box to make it look prestigious but as an on-the-go style food is the most unpractical thing on this planet in the modern world. Corporations really need to start atleast half wrapping the burgers that they put in these boxes so that they are edible without sitting down at a table.“

“The young man who was working as the cashier was incredibly friendly. Ice cream came out quickly and he wished us a Merry Christmas. Not many places are open on Christmas and even fewer have workers that are polite and friendly when they have to work Christmas Day, but this guy did a great job. I hope management recognizes him (he was working around 1:30-2ish PM).“

“We were visiting from AZ and were excited to see a Handel’s here. The service here was outstanding. We were able to sample various flavors before buying the 4 scoop sampler. It was the perfect amount of ice cream for both of us. I highly recommend this place if you are looking for the best ice cream.“

“We stopped in for an ice cream treat travelling home from Canton. We spent $17.05 for three of us. We were served so much ice cream! I ordered a small chocolate dipped waffle cone with the new cheesecake with Oreo cookie ice so good!! That small was heaped with ice cream. My husband enjoyed blueberry cobbler and lemon bar. He would have enjoyed a bit more blueberry flavor. The lemon was great. My son had a four scoop sampler. He choose fruit flavors. Hd especially enjoyed the pineapple upside down cake and the key lime pie. He was impressed by the whole cherries in pineapple upside down cake!! We do not get to Handel's often, but truly this was a special, great value for money, delicious visit! Thank you.“

“Ate Dessert at Handel's I've Cream at Creekside, in Starrs Corners, Near Canfield. Had two scoops, once scoop Mint Chicolate Chip and one scoop of Chocolate Pecan. All for $4.95. Not a bad price considering the amount of Ice Cream two scoops consists of at Handel's. The people at this branch seem always friendly. Just great cold and creamy Ice Cream! A++ business and Product. Always great service here.“

“My husband and I love handles ice cream and we always go even in the middle of winter o we know what each of their sizes look like...this is not their small. this is half the size of their small. so im not sure what happened today. And honestly, I've never had a problem till today. And it's not going to stop me from coming, just a little disappointed. I am sick and one of the things I wanted was handles ice cream because of their portion sizes.“

“We got subs there today. They were delicious. The ice cream was delicious. We love to place a friend and I we went two hours to see an Eagles nest on Lipply rd. We stopped going and we stopped coming back. And we shall be back when we come back over.“

“My daughter got us a couple acai bowls. I was not wanting to pay the $17 (upcharge for a few extra add ons)for a bowl but it was our first time trying. I was impressed at how much was in it. I don't usually care much for ice cream, much less finish it, but I ate every drop and would've eaten another. Handel's has been a popular stop since I was a child and even as an adult who has lived abroad, I still keep coming back!“

“I told my husband how fast, friendly, and accurate the drive-thru is. Exceptionally so. We bypass the closer ones because they aren't as consistent. He decided to go there to see. He said now he gets why I keep raving about this location. This is our preferred weekly ice cream destination, and yes, I mean over Handels as well. Great work, Boardman!“

“This is the worst DQ in our area. blizzards are always down from the top a few inches. We use to go there all the time and stopped going because of this reason. stopped on April 29 and could not go inside for some reason. tried the blizzard again and same result. Do yourself a favor and go to Canfield, Austintown or Columbiana. Extra nice places.“

“We went here after dinner from the restaurant next door . My Hubby doesn't like yogurt so I mixed a variety of flavors and one topping with hot fudge . We took it home so he could have his ice cream . lol It was so yummy , especially liked the orange , with the chocolate and coffee . “Sitting in their drive-thru for 30 minutes really brings out the joy in you. Plus when they steady interrupt as you order is the cherry on top of the half melted sunday.. I miss the 90something year olds who used to work there in the 90s. The had zero problems. Yay teenagers!“
