“I have stopped at this location 3 to 4 times now after getting off work and driving over an hour home. Every single time I stop in the crew is always super nice. My food is hot and they are all a pleasant to talk to while I wait for the food. Hands-down, one of the better service McDonald’s I’ve been to.“
“Friendly staff, but I am realizing that it isn't quicker to go inside to place an order. The drive up window and door dashers get priority here. There is seldom anyone working the register and you have to wait a long time until someone comes out to take your order. Then I had to wait 10 minutes after placing my order to get it (just 1 drink). I will continue using this location but will use the drive thru from now on 🙄“
“Average food taste, it's McDonald's, nothing special. But the service is excellent, I rarely ever wait more than 4 to 5 minutes maximum.. The employees are in a good mood, and always accommodating. The tall African American manager is amazing, and always fun to talk to and full of positive energy. Great job McDonald's on 21 st Street.
