“I'm currently sitting here eating, the food is fantastic! I got chicken tenders because I'm a toddler, but they're so 🔥. The food was as fresh as could be, I literally had to wait a minute to start eating. The tenders were fantastic! I'm not sure what the breading is seasoned with, but I can tell you it's good! The fries are nice and crispy and also nicely seasoned. The hush puppies are the best I've had in a long time, and the Sam's Sauce is also delicious! I would recommend it twice if I could!“

“The staff was very attentive. They have a beautiful patio to enjoy during the warmer months. They have special menu items that generally rotate on a monthly and seasonal schedule. We have always had a great experience while dining there. They have great drink specials too. Don't forget the weekend brunch menu!“

“Great fish place that is reminiscent of the old Arther Treacher's restaurants. We ordered fish for our Chiristmas Eve dinner here every year. Fish is made fresh when we order it. The ladies running the restaurant are very friendly. Menu is reasonably priced.“

“Dined on a Saturday at 4PM, birthday celebration, first experience. Hailey our server excellent. Patient, knowledgeable, accommodating, attentive, courteous, personable..can't say enough. ( I noticed two other servers who lacked Hailey's expertise). Happy hour menu was a great option..variety, portions, value and being available each day is an added bonus. Our selections were served hot and as ordered. Delicious. Alcoholic beverages clever and tasty. The only negative takeaway was the rowdy wedding party celebrating in the adjoining room to ours. Ruined the ambiance completely(which i realize is not the fault of the facility). Would strongly recommend a separate area for such gatherings. Thank you for a delightful experience.“

“I love that i can get fried gizzards. I have been looking for quite a while. I'm eating them right now. I also got fried okra and fried mushrooms. The flavor is great but I think they use too much salt. This is the 2nd time I have eaten from Hook Fish & Chicken and it was salty the last time too. Please use less salt or no salt.“

“OMGoodness! I popped those fries in my mouth and wanted to pull over (and they were not stingy at all). Then I bit into a hushpuppy and almost had to pull over. A little further down the road, bit into a hugemungous shrimp and wanted to close my eyes but I'm driving so instead I just started singing. Was trying to save the fish till I got home but........pinched a piece, popped it in, brand new song; I started rapping, y'all!!! Their tarter sauce is different; wish I had asked for 2 extra cups. “We had top notch service from the second we walked in the door until we left. It was a very relaxing and comfortable atmosphere. Food was by far the best BBQ we have ever had. The ribs fell off the bone, the best cheesy potatoes and Mac and cheese I have ever had and the hush puppies were delicious!! I would highly recommend if you have not yet been there!! “Stopped in on a whim and, coming from west coast and Arizona, was not hopeful (Mexican food in Ohio has always disappointed). Ordered a taco. You can tell a lot from a simple taco. Thought I was hallucinating or had entered another dimension. One of the best I've ever had. Amazing balance and flavor. I asked staff where they had moved to Ohio from. Turns out it's Tucson and they get certain ingredients shipped from there. This restaurant is heaven in Ohio!“

“Always had a great meal at Loo’s. 43 years ago , my wife and I ate an entire white pizza at the old restaurant on Parkman Rd. Just tonight, my wife, daughter and I had the same meal. The pizza is exactly the same. Great place, great food, nice people.“

I ordered the Italian Delight and received the Tour of Italy.. when I told the waitress about the error she went to the chef, who refused to come out of the kitchen, and said I would have to pay for both meals if I insisted the error be corrected.. I angrily replied I would go hungry.. the chef came out of the kitchen, discussed the order, brought me the correct meal and only charged me for the meal I ordered.. Its a shame I had to get loud, make a small vocal scene, and be an embarrassment to friends to get the issue resolved.. Waitress was great, food was excellent, and a relaxing atmosphere overall.“

“The store is filthy inside but the crew are always friendly considerate and helpful. The food is always made fresh when you order it. Some people they don't like Long John Silver's there's very few left I'm pretty certain there's just a handful of secret society people who keep this company in business but I truly like Nae love the chicken and the fish for that matter the rest of the menu is sketchy in the fact that you have to pay for a drink instead of coming with a meal but I'm cool with that I like this place in the service you get helps.“

“It's pretty convenient and fast. Used to have a pickup window during covid.Wish they still did. Parking is a little confusing in chaotic, but food is priced fairly, and very good wife got the saute broccoli in rice and loved it. Not much for dining in. I suppose you probably could sit in there if you don't mind sitting with the children while they're doing their homework.“
