“Dined on a Saturday at 4PM, birthday celebration, first experience. Hailey our server excellent. Patient, knowledgeable, accommodating, attentive, courteous, personable..can't say enough. ( I noticed two other servers who lacked Hailey's expertise). Happy hour menu was a great option..variety, portions, value and being available each day is an added bonus. Our selections were served hot and as ordered. Delicious. Alcoholic beverages clever and tasty. The only negative takeaway was the rowdy wedding party celebrating in the adjoining room to ours. Ruined the ambiance completely(which i realize is not the fault of the facility). Would strongly recommend a separate area for such gatherings. Thank you for a delightful experience.“

“We had top notch service from the second we walked in the door until we left. It was a very relaxing and comfortable atmosphere. Food was by far the best BBQ we have ever had. The ribs fell off the bone, the best cheesy potatoes and Mac and cheese I have ever had and the hush puppies were delicious!! I would highly recommend if you have not yet been there!! We will definitely be back soon!!“

“Stopped in on a whim and, coming from west coast and Arizona, was not hopeful (Mexican food in Ohio has always disappointed). Ordered a taco. You can tell a lot from a simple taco. Thought I was hallucinating or had entered another dimension. One of the best I've ever had. Amazing balance and flavor. I asked staff where they had moved to Ohio from. Turns out it's Tucson and they get certain ingredients shipped from there. This restaurant is heaven in Ohio!“

“We usually order from Chef Chen thru Grub Hub. But we were in the neighborhood so we stopped in for take away. A pretty shabby exterior. Rough parking lot in front. Building looks like it has been repurposed multiple times.
A large poster menu covered a front window. The counter was open to the cooking area where 3vpeople were very busy.
We noticed Lunch items on the menu. Dinner servings were huge, enough for 2 orv3 meals, so we ordered lunch items. They said it would take 15-20 min and it took 15. The bag with our food were heavy. No way this is a lunch serving.
When we got home, the servings were the same huge dinner serving, plus soup and drinks. We didnt even finish half.
Chef Chen's food has great flavor. Looks good and tastes good. Great value for money.“

“Leo's is consistently amazing! The food is authentic and tastes just like the Italian cuisine I grew up on. The staff is warm, friendly and attentive. If you want a fine dining experience, then, you must try Leo's. You won't be disappointed.“

“Ate there for early dinner service this evening, enjoyed the happy hour pick 3 special with soup (pasta fagioli), 8 oz. steak, and the strawberry cream cake. The soup kicked it off in the right direction by being absolutely delicious! My buddy gave me his salad with the house vinaigrette dressing, which was also killer. The steak came out cooked perfect medium as requested, seasoned incredibly well without being overbearing on the taste buds, juicy, and delectable. The French fries that accompanied the entree were fine old school style, which may not be for everyone, but was right up I my alley. Fresh sliced Italian bread accompanied the meal from the beginning and was perfect for sopping up the soup, salad dressing, and steak drippings. The meal finished with an incredible dessert cake that was above average in flavor but elevated even more but the warm berry compote on top. I’ll definitely be coming back to Cafe 422 and will highly recommend it to anyone who considers. Thanks for the memorable meal and great service! I’ll be dreaming about that steak tonight 🤤“

“Great fish place that is reminiscent of the old Arther Treacher's restaurants. We ordered fish for our Chiristmas Eve dinner here every year. Fish is made fresh when we order it. The ladies running the restaurant are very friendly. Menu is reasonably priced.“

“I'm currently sitting here eating, the food is fantastic! I got chicken tenders because I'm a toddler, but they're so 🔥. The food was as fresh as could be, I literally had to wait a minute to start eating. The tenders were fantastic! I'm not sure what the breading is seasoned with, but I can tell you it's good! The fries are nice and crispy and also nicely seasoned. The hush puppies are the best I've had in a long time, and the Sam's Sauce is also delicious! I would recommend it twice if I could!“

Ignore all the bad reviews prior to mid 2025. I don’t know what was going on then but they changed hands mid 2025 and the food is absolutely amazing. Grew up my whole life in Philadelphia not far from Chinatown where some of the best American Chinese food can be found China House in Cortland competes.
There are a few tables for dining, but most people regard this as a takeout spot. The food is always ready and hot and absolutely tasty. They do not yet have delivery so you have to pick up which can be a bummer. Give it a try, I do not think you will be disappointed.“
