“Everything was fantastic. We were treated better than any other restaurant we've been to ever. The food was great, although little outside of my typical range of preferences. I expected more of a traditional pizza Napoli, not a big fan of tomatoes on top, would have rather hade a traditional red sauce but nonetheless it was still very good despite that. Our waitress was outstanding. She went above and beyond for us. Can't wait to come back.”

I had a NY steak strip and my husband the veal parmigiana. For desert we had the lemon tort cake. For being a very busy night, everything was better than expected! We will be back :)”

“My business is in the same parking lot as theirs and the pet grooming shop. We buy lunch for our customers. We can choose to buy lunch anywhere we want and some of my customers come through once or twice a year and some of them are with us for a week or two at a time and the number one requested restaurant by our customers is Jalisco Express! I have guys that come in for a week or two straight and they are happy to eat Jalisco’s Express every day and just work through the menu! The food is absolutely delicious! It is ready so quick every time, 10 to 15 minutes even when I order lunch for 10 or 12 people ! The staff is friendly and very helpful! I have customers that request Jalisco‘s on the phone when they schedule with me a week ahead of time! I personally love this place and all of my customers and all of my employees equally love this gem of a restaurant on Wise Avenue! Get down here this week and try everything!”

They listed the tomato soup as dairy free. 2 of us got the same thing. We both tasted the soup and were appalled. It did not taste like tomato soup. It tasted like some kind of basil and spices. My friend ate most of his but choked it down. After 2 bites I could not stomach anymore of it. I asked the waitress and she said the made it with coconut milk. I told her it was awful and she said...well most people like it. She did not even try to satisfy me. You need to tell people it is not really tomato soup.”

I have ate in here once a week for the past 9 years and spent tons probably thousands of dollars and tonight was my last night I'm always overlooking her rudeness and her smirkiness but after she hollered at me and my husband tonight I'm done! all because they brought out the wrong food after he said beef just because the little girl that waited on us didn't hear him. she had no right to treat us the way that she! you have lost very consistent customers tonight over her rudeness. I was having a little difficulty understanding the rules of the free drink when you first sign up because I purchased a drink and then got the card, blah blah blah… AnyWho, It could’ve been they just wanted me to go away, but I’d like to think they were just a friendly crew and new I enjoyed the coffee and wanted a free one for signing up. Super sweet and they did not give me a hard time at all. I appreciated it very much as I felt bad if I was a pain.

“Need more options on the menu. This location is busy at dinner time. Decent service. Raising Canes Needs a 10 piece chicken finger meal. We Got a 25 piece of chicken fingers for $41.99 seemed expensive but was a better deal than 15 pc for $25-$30. Options were either a 6 pc meal or if you want more than 6 you need or order individual chicken fingers for about $2 each or buy the 25 pc. Chicken was good and not dry but need a honey mustard sauce.”

“I'm completely aware that as this is a large national fast food chain I could leave a 1 star review, make a comment like "they punched my dog, insulted my mom, and worst of all gave me diet Coke" and people would flock here anyway. Someone might even say "Your dog had it coming!" Luckily none of that happened. It's a very friendly place, and the food is always on the better end fast food. Also this is the only place in North Canton that has yet to give me stale fries, and that alone places them truly among the gods. If I had to nitpick over something, the parking lot was very snowy and slippery this last time. I don't know whether that was because they were hit by surprise by this morning's snow like everyone else, or an evil plot to make people trudge through snow (which let's be honest is an evil plot so simple yet petty that you have to give it serious respect). What I do know is it's delicious, a good value, they have the meats, and occasionally I can actually convince the wife we should go there.”

The guys got the breakfast combo, it said comes with a pancake. I was thinking that’s a lot to charge for one pancake, it’s bigger than the dinner plate they put it on and the ham they got was a huge piece of ham off the bone ! Service was awesome as well. I think we found our Sunday after Mass breakfast place !!”

“My last few drinks weren't as tasty or not mixed well. I decided to go to a different Starbucks and ordered the same 2 drinks. And YES, there was quite a big difference! The 2nd place I was very very pleased. I have ordered these 2 drinks for long time and knew something was off since like December last year, but I was busy. So this time I remembered and decided to give my drinks a test at other locations. I went to 3 total, my local (by the Jackson High School on Fulton Drive NW) and 2 others nearish. Once again, my local 2 starbucks drinks were handed to me with a smile but tasted umm blah. My friend tasted them too. I then went to the other 2. The 2nd place was awesome and my drinks a tasting on point, the 3rd spot was good too. My friend also noticed the difference greatly. We threw out the 1st drinks. Guess I'll be going to the 2nd spot for a while. I hope my local Starbucks will get some retraining and improve their mixing and blending game. We thought of saying something at the moment and asking for better drinks, buuuut I am afraid of maybe getting something worse or a nasty addition (spit) to my drink. Lol ewww. ?”
