“I have been living in North Canton for 6 years and tried many Chinese restaurants. For the first time in 6 years, I have found THE. BEST. CHINESE. AROUND. Hands down the best! Large portions, the staff was nice and the food was fabulous and extraordinary! Yes it was that good. Try, try TRY!!“

“Been going to Hang Yuen Kitchen for over 30 years! It's fantastic! Grew up in North Canton, but moved a few places away from my hometown, but now am back after 20 years away(my folks haven't left though), and have ordered from them fairly frequently since the 1990s. Got the chicken almond ding, shrimp with garlic, orange chicken, and house special lo mein(usually go with the pork lo mein as it's good too) tonight. All were fantastic as usual.“

“Me and a friend visited last night. We witnessed the woman in front of us yell at and berate her young child for “not speaking loud enough when ordering.” When the girl, who couldn’t have been older than 8 and seemed very shy, spoke up, the worker responded in a very kind a polite tone. The woman then proceeded to yell at the worker for “talking to her kid like she was slow.”

The worker, whose name I learned was Kat, did not respond or engage with the woman. She was far more professional than I think I could have been in that situation. Her kindness and patience is something to be commended. Both in her response to the woman, and the way she spoke to that little girl.“

“I ordered here for the first time. Nice owner and had my order fast. Took a star off because I didn't care for the pork fried rice and I love pork and fried rice but their shrimp and broccoli was very good. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️“

“I never review restaurants but I’m OBSSESSED! I would add a photo but I demolished my meal before I thought to add a photo 😅 We have moved around a lot in the past 10 years and after moving to the area this was our 3rd Chinese food attempt and we door dashed it because we just flew back from vacation. This was BY FAR the best general Tsos chicken I’ve had since New York 2015 and it beat out that! Slathered in delicious sauce, not overly breaded or dry, my only complaint is that the rice wasn’t on the side (what I normally see) which meant less of that delicious chicken! Normally I save half of my entree for lunch the next day but I finished it and it left me still wanting more! I’d pay extra to have the whole container be just the chicken! Our new favorite Chinese food restaurant for sure! Will be ordering again!“

“This is the best Chinese place by far the last few years I have been disappointed in other Chinese restaurants lately. We tried this place because we just wanted good Chinese food, But this restaurant is top tier and I don't think I'll go to another Chinese food place again. Food is always supreme taste, hot and fresh. And the lady at the cash register is always very nice. Also sell pop and other food products in their front fridge behind the counter. Can't remember if they have seating but we always get take out. But it's still hot by the time you get it home!“

“I've never been disappointed with this restaurant. Even my worst experience outshines virtually every other Asian style restaurant I've been to. Fantastic bourbon chicken, fried rice, egg rolls, crab rangoon, boneless pork spare rib. I want to try their entire menu, but my go-to items are so good I keep going back to them! I left massillon years ago, but every time I visit or pass through or near, I have to stop to get some to take home!“

“We have always enjoyed the quality of the food and how quickly they get our order ready for pick up. I have to say that for the most part, the food is always good but our order yesterday was the best we have ever had. Joey (owner) was working which I have not seen in quite some time. I live in Florida full time now but whenever i come back to Ohio we get Lucky Star. I hope Joey will be more involved at the restaurant again because our food was absolutely amazing!! “5/5. To keep it simple, Food --> They always keep it fresh, more than ordered, always cheap. I've ordered numerous times from them and they always supply us with a few extra eggrolls than ordered and more noodles. <3
Service --> Always kind to customers, they aren't fluent in English but they are mostly understandable. And use basic manners. Atmosphere --> Looks simple and a bit cluttered, but trust me their food and kindness to spare makes up for it. They are super good and I love their food, please eat here more often!!!“

“I am from out of state. I came into town for a family medical emergency. The motel that I stayed at recommended China Star. I love Chinese food and I am very picky where I eat and especially being from out of town. They delivered fast and the food was the best I have ever had. I would highly recommend them. If I am ever up here again this will be the Chinese Food I will be eating. Thank you for the great service and wish you the best in the future. 🥰🥰🥰“

“Picture perfect beef egg foo young, it tasted marvelous, and the gravy, too! Rangoons were fine. The food was predicted to be ready in 15-20. They already had it in 12! The service was otherwise lackluster; no napkins, no forks, guy behind the counter seemed like he wished he had a life rather than work there, that sort of stuff which is typical for fast serve restaurants so not going to rate them down for that. Atmosphere was oh so bland. Get a nice large fish tank, some brilliant paintings, spruce up the walls, make me happy to be there in North Canton instead of just happy with the food. People expect nicer in North Canton.“

“Best Chinese I’ve ever had. First time coming here got the chicken lo mein with fried rice, general tso’s chicken with fried rice, 2 pork eggrolls and 10 crab rangoons and it was steaming fresh, piled to the top and extremely tasty & worth the money!! They just gained a regular customer from me!!!“

“Was greeted with a smile upon arrival. We had a large group with kids. The guy taking our order was patient and helped answer questions. Everything was hot and tasted good. The place was very clean as well. We will be back. Leaving one star off because they were out of kung pow chicken. I waited <10 minutes for fresh a batch to be made and it was very good. Plus the kids got panda stickers that they really liked.“

Had the best experience with my crazy order. The man waiting on us was absolutely amazing! He kept me line - 🤣 - I had a large order and he made sure I remembered everything.
Food was delicious - it was further away but I vote with my feet - and my feet will be walking back in there when the Chinese food urge strikes again.

“My husband and I love Chinatown Kitchen chinese food. I love the Kung Pao dishes, especially the shrimp. I like mine really hot and spicy and it's perfect every time. My husband likes to try different dishes and has like them all. They give you a lot. No complaints.“

“They understand the right ratio. I keep ordering because it's what no one else is doing. It's what you expect but don't get from others but here you really do.

I have also been a delivery driver. No issues to report. Have loved picking up for them. Full spectrum. They can make and deliver. Hell yeah 🤜🤛“

“If you're going to go to a Chinese buffet, go to this one. You will not be disappointed every time I've ever went. The food is warm and fresh and tastes amazing. The wait staff are very attentive to the point where your empty plates will disappear before you even realize it same thing with drinks being refilled. I don't give out five stars to just anyone“
