“Today I went to this location for a late lunch early dinner and was met by Les who was the bartender. She was one of the best if not the best bartender/server I’ve ever seen. She noticed an older customer walking to the door and she went to help her even though she didn’t need to. It has restored my faith in humanity especially these days. Thank you so much Les! 😊“

“9-1-23 Went to AWok told them last time I was there the egg rolls were burnt. He said that happens I said that’s not so. . I always order same thing. He said he’d give me credit for 1 egg roll. I said then I only want 1. I said that is wrong. He said you don’t have to come back. GREAT PR. That guy was a class A number 1 jerk. Should not be working with the public. Food has always been good. Except the burnt egg rolls. If he treated everyone like that you wouldn’t have any business.“

“We lived in Akron for almost 3 years. Jade Dragon was our favorite Chinese place! Even though we moved away, we make a trip at least once a month to still eat from there! It is consistent and delicious!“

“This place is pretty good. Even tho it used to be much better the consistency is not there like it used to be. Owner Joe used to always be there he has not been on cook line last few times I've been there. And you can tell. Cause when he is there its 5 star all day.“

“Our original place changed hands and was not good anymore. Tried this place for the first time. Prices were great for the portions. We had samll shrimp lo mein, small veggie lo mien, small pork fried rice and large wonton soup. $26 Everything was very, very tasty. Don’t let the outside deceive you. The food was great. Wonton soup was delicious. My Veg lo mein had mushrooms, onions and broccoli appropriate for the portion. The fried rice was very tasty. It is our new favorite place for food. I should’ve taken more photos, but I will next time. I didn’t realize it would be this good.“

“Best Chinese in the area. Sure it could be better. But out of what other choices there are I'm not going to complain when it's in Lakemore/Springfield area. I will say the last time we went we found a fried fly in the lomain in 1 of our 3 meals. Kinda ended our appetite but that's never happened before. It's hot as you know what there, so I'm sure they leave doors open for ventilation.“

“Absolutely delicious! I ordered the sweet-and-sour chicken with fried rice, and it was honestly the best I’ve ever had. The chicken pieces were huge, perfectly cooked, and wonderfully crispy. The fried rice was just as amazing!
The service was excellent—friendly, fast, and efficient. Everything came out quickly, fresh, and hot. I was genuinely impressed with the quality and flavor of the food. I will definitely be back! Highly recommend House of Hunan if you’re looking for delicious food and great service!“

“I have ordered from here twice now because they are the only place I can find Moo Shu Beef around Akron. Got to say everything I have ordered Moo Shu Beef, crab ragoons, pork egg roll, mongolian beef, onion rice, and beef lo mein have all been delicous. Whole family approved. Definitely will be ordering again :)“

“Amazing food, haven’t had all you can eat this good since I was 7. Why bother going anywhere else? The name being “ok wing& fish” is just hilarious 😂 place is wayyyy better than just ok. And 16$ with a drink? Yeah this is my new favorite spot. (I hardly leave reviews but i just had to for this place)“

“I have always been a fan of this place. I've been going there for over 2 decades. Weather it's Chinese, hibachi, salads, sushi, or pizza they definitely cover all angles. I would go there a lot more but I have a tendency to eat a little bit too much and I have to stay in shape 😂😭“
