“Excellent service and food“

“This place is a hidden gem in Austintown. My only regret about it is not finding it sooner. It's a super relaxing and cozy spot to sit and enjoy a coffee. Mickael and Danielle are great! And the entire staff as well. Very inviting. If you haven't been here you are missing out. I recommend the Americana although I'm always tempted to try something new. The breakfast sandwiches are great too!“

“I go once a week. I love the coffee, but it’s really upsetting that it’s a different price every time I go. Yesterday it was around $7.35 cash for an iced latte. It’s sometimes $7 with cash … very inconsistent and I don’t know if they are ringing the drink up wrong or what the deal is. Cost is near $8 if using a card for payment.“

“Ordered a large berry Sangria with protein milk and cold foam in the drive thru. The girl taking the order was very kind and friendly. I repeated myself three times to make sure it was right and she assured me as the last Dunkin didn't get it right. I asked again at the window. The cup said oatmilk on it, but again assured me they used protein milk. Very friendly and kind staff.“

“I have frequented this Dunkin donuts location since they opened, and in my opinion, they have gone downhill somewhat over the years. However, this morning I had the perfect iced latte, made by an employee named Ashley. I now have renewed hope that the beverages will once again be delicious at this Dunkin location!“

I use the mobile app (that you can customize exactly how you want it made) & they never get it wrong. OLIVIA greets us and.is an absolute angel. She is always so upbeat and cheerful. She even wrote me the sweetest note on my bag this morning. I've heard a lot of people complain about their orders not being right or not having enough flavor, so use the app and ask for as many pumps as you want.

I also ordered the Cherry Cordial. I am close to being out so I 100% am getting more this week when in Warren! Hands down quality coffee & the flavors are so good! “Gentleman working the drive-thru was very friendly and professional. He has a distinctive voice with very precise enunciation so we could hear him clearly over the intercom. We asked if he had done radio work or sang in a band. He explained about making announcements when he was in the military. Mystery solved :) The coffee and donuts were fresh and smooth, too!“
