“I wanted to express my appreciation for my employer at Nova Coffee......one of my cats is in need of surgery and in addition to the emotional toll and stress of having a sick pet, it is also costly to make him well....I received a message from my boss John Ramsey that he is willing to help with some of the vet bill....i have never had a boss/friend be so gracious....so to all you naysayers out there (you know who you are), you got it wrong ... “I have frequented this Dunkin donuts location since they opened, and in my opinion, they have gone downhill somewhat over the years. However, this morning I had the perfect iced latte, made by an employee named Ashley. I now have renewed hope that the beverages will once again be delicious at this Dunkin location!“

“This dunkin is exceptional, don't let the haters fool you. I come here 5 days per week for my work fuel. I use the mobile app (that you can customize exactly how you want it made) & they never get it wrong. OLIVIA greets us and.is an absolute angel. She is always so upbeat and cheerful. She even wrote me the sweetest note on my bag this morning. I've heard a lot of people complain about their orders not being right or not having enough flavor, so use the app and ask for as many pumps as you want.

“Very friendly counter persons clean atmosphere the food I ordered a croissant sausage egg and cheese the croissant itself seem to be a little burnt and it fell apart and made a lot of crumbs also I had a chocolate long john which was excellent but disappointed in the overcooked croissant“

“I really like how they make the signature iced coffee here. The staff has always been kind and I've gotten my order quickly. My only complaint is with Dunkin as a chain. Do they not make donuts in batches throughout the day anymore? I feel like I'm always getting cold, old donuts, and they are always out of flavors. Dunkin as a chain for quality has just been disappointing for years. If it wasn't for the new signature iced coffee I probably wouldn't be a repeat customer.“
