“I love handles but the prices keep going up but I’m noticing there is significantly less toppings in the ice cream. Took me half a pint of coffee chocolate chip to find more than one piece of chocolate, which has been consistent over the last few months.“

“Best ice cream in the area hands down. Every flavor is amazingly tasty although I do have my personal favorites. Always up for anything Banana, Spouse like a House, seasonal Peach, Strawberry Cheesecake to name a few. Love the milkshakes, chocolate covered frozen bananas, and hot apple dumplings in the fall!“

“Get a pint that is half lemon bar, half blueberry cheesecake. Thank me later... When it hits the middle, it's like amazing! I can't wait for them to bring back the coconut cream pie. This handles as well as every other one is amazing!“

“We got subs there today. They were delicious. The ice cream was delicious. We love to place a friend and I we went two hours to see an Eagles nest on Lipply rd. We stopped going and we stopped coming back. And we shall be back when we come back over.“

“This place has some amazing ice cream thats not quite ice cream😂 our youth group absolutely loves this place but we never get done with small group on Wednesday in time to go there cause it closes at 9 on Wednesday 😢

“Went pretty close to closing, wanted a milkshake but they had already shut down the machines, but happily they were still willing to serve us. Got 5 pints of ice cream instead. The service and kindness they showed us right and closing was very nice. The ice cream was ok, nothing fantastic though. Prices weren't to bad for fresh served ice cream.“

“My daughter got us a couple acai bowls. I was not wanting to pay the $17 (upcharge for a few extra add ons)for a bowl but it was our first time trying. I was impressed at how much was in it. I barely could finish. This is definitely our new favorite place for acai bowls. Looking forward to trying other menus item“

“Even on a stormy & cloudy night, a Dairy Queen visit will bring smiles to everyone faces. I love getting a sundaes but it is also fun to bring home some Cherry dipped Dilly bars & ice cream sandwiches for everyone else. It all disappears way too quickly. lol -We also love getting ice cream cakes for birthday parties & celebrations.
Parking: Parking is located on side & back of building with limited parking

“I told my husband how fast, friendly, and accurate the drive-thru is. Exceptionally so. We bypass the closer ones because they aren't as consistent. He decided to go there to see. He said now he gets why I keep raving about this location. This is our preferred weekly ice cream destination, and yes, I mean over Handels as well. Great work, Boardman!“
“real annoying paying for extra of something and still not tasting it all. Especially for the price. Just left there, will go to a different location next time. Barely anything in the blizzard. Asked for extra peanut butter sauce, paid for it and is straight vanilla. so disappointed 😞“

“Friendly, fast, good food. Had the fish sandwich and it was really good. This is a service plaza. These people go from serving 5 to 50 in minutes, was witness to this. So if they look or seem worn just give them a break. It's fast food not gourmet dinning.“

“We went here after dinner from the restaurant next door . My Hubby doesn't like yogurt so I mixed a variety of flavors and one topping with hot fudge . We took it home so he could have his ice cream . lol It was so yummy , especially liked the orange , with the chocolate and coffee . I had the mint chocolate chips with it ; I made a wonderful choice . It was the first time I have been here and it won't be the last ! lol The Mom and daughter team are great and very friendly ! THANK YOU ! Oh they also have Hot Cocoa Bombs to buy there ! ❤️❤️❤️❤️“

“I haven’t been to a DQ for a while. Came in for their chicken strips. These were really good, better than I remembered. The best part was the staff. These were the friendliest group of people I’ve run across in a really long time. Thank you DQ!!“

“Sitting in their drive-thru for 30 minutes really brings out the joy in you. Plus when they steady interrupt as you order is the cherry on top of the half melted sunday.. I miss the 90something year olds who used to work there in the 90s. The had zero problems. Yay teenagers!“

“My family and I were at Leetonia Dairy Queen tonight and it was very busy. I am an empathetic person and I could sense a lot of tension and stress amongst the employees. After we ordered and received our food, we saw a female employee storm out of the kitchen and say “I’m done!” The only two employees left working were very young and customers continued to walk through the doors. The teenage employees were stunned and upset. A couple of minutes later, the male teenage employee sheepishly stood at the cash register and said, “Our manager just walked out and we’re both underage so we have to close. We’re really sorry.” A bunch of us felt very sorry for the kids and went up and gave them extra tips. The teenage boy said, “Is it okay if I cry in front of all of you people?” We all reassured him and the female teenage employee that this was not their fault and that these things happen. They both cried and hugged each other. The boy put a handwritten closed sign on the door and began the process of locking up. One of the customers still inside with us finishing eating went over and hugged him. My 7 and 5 year old kids were watching this whole situation unfold and I was very happy with how the teenagers handled themselves in such a stressful situation and with how all of the people (even ones who were turned away after just having walked in) treated one another with love, kindness, and compassion. Not a single person responded rudely or unkindly. Everyone showed empathy. Kudos to those two teenagers. Experiences like this will serve to make you even stronger and ready to face adversity.“

“This is the worst DQ in our area. blizzards are always down from the top a few inches. We use to go there all the time and stopped going because of this reason. stopped on April 29 and could not go inside for some reason. tried the blizzard again and same result. Do yourself a favor and go to Canfield, Austintown or Columbiana. Extra nice places.“
