The new steak sub is fantastic! My only gripe is that everytime I go into the restaurant, they only seem to have one employee working. It takes FOREVER to get your order. I would definitely recommend doing an online order instead of a walk-in order.
Flavorful subs with great variety, and the hot sauce bar was such a fun bonus. I also love how much they give back to the community. We originally stopped in because of our T‑Mobile Tuesdays perk, but the experience won us over. The staff were genuinely amazing and friendly, and the kid‑friendly menu options made it an easy choice for our family. All of that together makes me want to support Firehouse Subs even more than the competitor we usually frequent.
