“Staff was great and seemed to work well together. They took my order for four subs and waffle fries, made the food, and I was back out the door quickly. Everything in the order was perfect, even with special requests on each sandwich. The whole place looked clean, including the restroom. Excellent experience!“

“This is a great place for a delicious Sub ! The people are very friendly and the food is prepared fresh. There is actually meat in there sandwiches. No skimpy portions here. Not cheap but worth the price. The restrooms are clean and there is ample seating in the restaurant. Plenty of parking out front.“

“I had never been to a Penn Station before, and now its top on my list. A wonderful young man named Ben took my order and helped me figure out what to get, he definitely deserves a raise. The food tasted amazing! And the restaurant was a nice quiet place to enjoy my meal! Overall a great experience and I will definitely be coming back!“

“The fellas were really kind, the cashier I believe ones was named like Khalil or something like that. He was really kind and helpful and did not seem to get inpatient as I answered the phone in front of him. usually I don't answer the phone at these odd times but it was my divorce lawyer. Khalil even asked about it such as if I get to keep the car and when I get to see my kids. I thought it was rude at first but I saw his pretty eyes and I knew he was a kind man. The chef in the back was really good at what he does, not compared to usually from this location. I think someone said his name was Michael, shout out to you Mikey!!. The only reason I could not give a five was because of rude manager who was interrupting Kahlil while he was taking my order. Also a dollar fifty for extra meat, come on dog that's to much!!“

They even called to confirm our special requests on the sandwiches.Love the romanburger!Must get waffle fries and a cheese cup!Tuna was excellent.The mozzarella sticks were very good!Breaded mushrooms were good!Jalapeno poppers were also good.Everything arrived hot and fresh. “The food is amazing, this is the only place that you are going to find this taste it's delicious, be careful though if you order a large meal it will be 20 dollars but you'll get 2 burgers the size of a double Q lbs with cheese at mcdonalds, a full basket of fries and a delicious cup of cheese, more than enough cheese trust me for the fries and a large drink, more than enough food for the price for sure. The customer service was also decent, they seem like good people.“

The only thing I wish they had was code red Mountain Dew like some other locations I've been to, but other than that, food and service has always been top notch. Also very clean as well.“

“I only write reviews for Fast Food restaurants when they are truly outstanding. My lunch at the Great Northern Charley's was one of those times. I ordered a Chicken Philly and the cashier notified me there was a special and I would get free fries - Awesome. My sandwich was delicious, better than other Charley's because the bun was soft and warm. The fries were also the best because they were hot and crisp. Everyone was friendly and my lunch was a great value at $5.99. Keep up the good work!“
