I went to this location for an early dinner (4:45) because they sometimes run out of items. Well, they did. No strawberries, strawberry dressing or sliced tomatoes. That eliminated the items I was planning to order but there were other perfectly acceptable alternatives, disappointing but no real problem.

The entire point of going through a Drive-Thru is convenience and time. What's the point of giving me a toasted bagel and NOT putting the cream cheese ON the freaking bagel? Now instead of reaching into my bag and grabbing my bagel, I have to put the cream cheese on MYSELF.... Oh WAIT - NO KNIFE. #clownshow
I ordered dinner for my son and me through the Panera website for delivery.
Panera apparently partners with door dash. Driver left my flatbread at the store. I called the store as I ordered through Panera and they said I had to go through Doordash. But since I didn't order through Doordarsh, they cannot help. So now I am out $11 unless someone who is helpful is working tomorrow.
