“Stood at counter to order 15 minutes without anyone willing to take my order. I left. I'm a regular customer here who prefers to pay cash. Kiosk does not take cash. I'm here 3-5 times a week. this happens almost every time I'm here. Management will not serve you if you pay cash. This is discrimination. I thought the customer was always right. If local management will not address my concerns I will take my issues to corporate management!“

“Stopped in on a fall-like windy night. It was cozy inside. The atmosphere is relaxing and classy. There’s a lot more space inside than appears from the outside and I loved how there were different sections to hang out in upstairs or downstairs. Our bartender Andrew made a customized aperol spritz that was delicious! We also got the berries & brie and a smoothie for my little one.“

“I’ve always loved Maddie & Bella for their delicious drinks and cozy atmosphere. Today, a coffee cart vendor canceled on me last minute for a company celebration event. I wanted to still provide employees with a delicious locally owned option so I placed large to go orders at M&B Perrysburg for pretty much first thing in the morning. The staff at M&B accommodated us with smiles on their faces and our employees were so thankful. Thank you for saving the day, Maddie & Bella!“

“Let’s face it- A Dunkin’ Donuts is a Dunkin’ Donuts. You don’t usually expect anything to stand out. The donuts were as good as they usually are. However, the service this time was exceptionally pleasant. I’ve never been to this location, and I didn’t note the name of the young woman which helped me with my order, to give her credit for such great service.“

“This is the best Starbucks I have ever been to! I come for my espresso 5 mornings a week. Bethany and her team (Mason, Jade, Alondra) all know me by name, and my drink order before I even order. “Stopped in today to see about grabbing some cookies and cake pops for the girls. They were sold out which was bummer for me but my daughter asked the nice lady if she could get a pup a Chino for our new puppy. I've never heard of such a thing but she made one and gave to my daughter. I went to pay and she said no charge. That awesome, my daughter was so excited. Thank you!“

“My wife and I were staying at the Renaissance by Marriott Toledo for an event at the Huntington Center and the next morning, we walked down to this place for breakfast. My wife got the cinnamon swirl bagel with cream cheese and I got the Farmer's Eggel. Both bagels were made fresh and they were very good and very filling! We were there around 8am on a Friday morning and we were the only ones there. If you're staying at a nearby hotel, I would recommend this place for breakfast or lunch!“
