“Stood at counter to order 15 minutes without anyone willing to take my order. I left. I'm a regular customer here who prefers to pay cash. Kiosk does not take cash. I'm here 3-5 times a week. this happens almost every time I'm here. Management will not serve you if you pay cash. This is discrimination. I thought the customer was always right. If local management will not address my concerns I will take my issues to corporate management!“

I wanted to still provide employees with a delicious locally owned option so I placed large to go orders at M&B Perrysburg for pretty much first thing in the morning. “Stopped in on a fall-like windy night. It was cozy inside. The atmosphere is relaxing and classy. There’s a lot more space inside than appears from the outside and I loved how there were different sections to hang out in upstairs or downstairs. Our bartender Andrew made a customized aperol spritz that was delicious! We also got the berries & brie and a smoothie for my little one.“

“Let’s face it- A Dunkin’ Donuts is a Dunkin’ Donuts. You don’t usually expect anything to stand out. The donuts were as good as they usually are. However, the service this time was exceptionally pleasant. I’ve never been to this location, and I didn’t note the name of the young woman which helped me with my order, to give her credit for such great service.“
