“Ordered thru the subway app when I arrived they had no record of the order even tho I had the receipt on my phone. Was told id have to pay for it again. So I left, jimmy took it upon himself to make it right. He is what customer service should be!! 100000% deserves a raise for how he handled the situation!! Don’t skip this subway!“

“Definitely an above average place to get a quick bite to eat. I place the order from work and by the time I driver over it's ready. I have never had an issue with the accuracy of an order but I have had an issue with them being out of things a few time, although they have always made it right. If you need quick above average food this place is a thumbs up from me. Facility was clean and well maintained, parking lot is a bit of a mess the way it's set up.“

“I didn't catch our lady's name but we went in at like 1:30 a.m. she was swamped with doordash orders but still took great care of us our sandwiches were phenomenal the music choices were great and she was one of the friendliest sandwich artisans I've ever met! 100/10 would go back“

“The food is always pretty good but it was a little drier this time. It’s just so expensive now. However, the staff is always so helpful, fast and friendly!

“food and service are great no complaints. However the floor in the work area was dirty, bits of vegetables on the floor. This was after rush by 30 minutes, no excuse someone could've swept the floor. When I arrived they were leaning against the counter. I've been in restaurant and deli business, a dirty floor is unacceptable“

“I ordered the grilled spicy Italian on white bread I though I order the wrong thing but I realized it was right and to the workers I apologize that was my mistake the sub was absolutely delicious and I'm gonna continue to shop with Penn Station“

“Came in 6 PM on a Monday. Place was really quiet and clean and the ingredients were well kept fresh looking. Friendly staff and No wait time. I Always have enjoyed this subway, it’s also connected to a gas station store with a lot of decent priced snacks and candy.“

“First off this is just a little subway so you know what to expect. But as subways go, my experience couldn't have been better.

First I gave the food 4 stars simply because my local gas yet to stock meat alternatives like beyond.

But other than that my sandwich was delicious. The ladies working were fun and made our food perfectly. True sandwich artists.

“My wife and I were staying at the Renaissance by Marriott Toledo for an event at the Huntington Center and the next morning, we walked down to this place for breakfast. My wife got the cinnamon swirl bagel with cream cheese and I got the Farmer's Eggel. Both bagels were made fresh and they were very good and very filling! We were there around 8am on a Friday morning and we were the only ones there. If you're staying at a nearby hotel, I would recommend this place for breakfast or lunch!“

“Was fast all lunch meat was fresh looking there onions look Lil old lettuce was good looking maybe need turned tometos lil fresh looking I think they could change containers that hold mayo Lil dirty on 2 tops but got give worker 8/10 asked how could she help us no name tag do gave point off gloves on mask on but no hair net so another point but hair was up just nets #1 other that order was tooling correct ask right questions got me in out 7 min on 4 subs. O er all for whole experience 7/10 seen something need clean Lil up grades on signs stuff but I would definitely go hear agine“

“delivery is always very fast, but almost every time i’ve ordered, they add onions to a wrap that’s not supposed to have onions on it. trust me, i check every time to make sure i’m not missing it. it’s a chicken caesar wrap, why would you put onions on it?“
