Pickup order placed at 3:30pm for a 5:20pm. waited in pickup line for over half hour (couldn't even back out of drive-thru line to walk in and grab order) finally got to the window and was completely ignored for 5 minutes before someone came to ask the name. Once attended to, was handed bag off the shelf. Yay for cold food and no apology for terrible service. I get being understaffed or having a lot of orders but at least an attempt at an apology would have been nice.

Disappointing…I have gone here many times and it’s always been delicious. Good, quick service. No complaints. Today though, I ordered a bowl through the app for takeout, got home and discovered it was all wrong. Had ingredients I didn’t order, and was missing what was. 😞
Was in and out in 10 min give or take a few. Friendly service always communicating so our visit went smoothly. Love the food 😋 everyone was very professional

Chipotle Mexican Grill offers a convenient drive-thru experience and a clean interior. Vegetarian options include Veggie bowls, Vegetarian burritos, and Sofritas. The restaurant accommodates dietary restrictions, including vegan, keto, paleo, and low-carb options. The staff is always pleasant, and the food is consistently perfect. Despite being understaffed, the employees strive to provide excellent service, even during busy times. The manager has demonstrated exceptional customer service by recreating a customer's order for free when their original order was placed at the wrong location due to a mistake. The Norwalk location is consistently clean and has nice employees.
