“What a pleasant night crew this McDonalds has. After having an issue with Wendy's down the road it was amazing to see such a great group of kids working. They seemed to be short staffed and that didn't stop them. The individual who took my order has awesome customer service. I dont care for McDonalds food but the customer service they presented was worth more to me than quality of the food. These guys deserve a raise! Bravo 👏“

“We were there about 11:30am 9/16/23. Great staff and great food. Dirty and Disgusting men's room and parking lot. The men's room trash can was overflowing and the paper towel dispenser was empty. Toilet paper on the floor. The dining room looked tidy. We were the only two customers inside the building.“

“We love a great cheeseburger and Five Guys delivers! We also love the Cajun fries, which are so good dipped in mayo! it's a treat for us when we're craving a burger. This location in Amherst/Lorain is consistently top notch! Great service and great food!“

“Me and my fiancé chose this place on a whim to get dinner, best food choice we’ve ever made. We split FOUR different entrees, two different burgers, a BLT and wings. Absolutely incredible. The mac n cheese is EASILY the best I’ve ever had. I will absolutely be recommending this place to everyone I know, and i live two hours away!!! (We don’t have any pictures because we ate it all LOL)“

“Stopped in for dinner last night, so glad we did! Everything was delicious, and the service was great. The new owners took the time to visit with us and talk about some upcoming events. Will definitely be back to take advantage of the dinner specials!“

“Just visited here with my boyfriend tonight and we were the only people in the front dining room! The food was great and very great value. Feel like they are getting screwed because of the construction right there. Would have went past it myself if my boyfriend hasn’t been there before and pointed it out. Very much recommend. Will be back very soon. :)“
