“Our first visit to Wolfe's and we were quite impressed. Seated at a window table in the bar, very comfortable. Greeted by Eileen who was super nice. Went over the menu with us, took our drink order. Ordered a pepperoni & sausage calzone to start. DELICIOUS!!! Dave had a steak salad and I had grilled cheese sandwich with chips. We finished the afternoon off by ordering 2 specialty pizzas to go. I can't stress enough the excellent service Eileen gave us. We will definitely be back and ask for a table with Eileen. Thank you, Eileen! Carol and Dave“

“This Quiznos is always a 10/10 for absolutely perfect service, friendliness, and quality of product. They deliver a delicious sub sandwich every time, no matter what I order. They are always so friendly and welcoming, too! They remember us every time we come and seem so thankful. Not to mention how absolutely yummy their subs are!! It's a family-owned location and it's always the same couple or their son working there. You can tell they care. Please stop in ASAP! If you have never been, or haven't been in a while, this is well-worth your visit!! I highly recommend this particular Quiznos! And it's the only one around!!“

“This place is AMAZING!!!!!! Hidden gem!!!! I'm so glad we stopped to eat here!!!! We ordered the brisket with Mac & cheese, mondo burger, and the chopchz Philly. EVERYTHING was delicious. The Mac & cheese was literally the BEST mac & cheese I've ever eaten at a restaurant. The brisket was GREAT!!!! Burger was cooked perfect. I brought the chop chopchz Philly home to my husband and he ate it COLD and still thought it was good!!!! The atmosphere was inviting, restaurant was clean, waitress was very friendly and attentive. We live outside of Toledo but whenever we are back out this way we will DEFINITELY stop by again!!!“

“I'm a landscaper with my own little business and I've worked primarily in Wadsworth Medina area. I'm up here temporarily staying with a friend, and these guys see me walk in around 8:50 p.m. sometimes 9:00 and they have only turned me down one time and that was at 9:30, so they had been closed for a half hour already. “On Sunday, May 10, my sister and I decided to go to Olive Garden in Elyria after Sunday service. We've always enjoyed going there. However, this was not a good day. We got there about 3:45 p.m., before rush hour. It was not crowded, we were seated immediately, we put in our orders and then we waited an hour and a half before leaving without eating because our food was never ordered by our waitress. At first she kept telling us it was due to a backlog because of the holiday, Mother's Day, so we were fine and we understood. But, then we realize it was just lies. We asked her to check on our orders multiple times and each time she said they're working on it, even offered us free desserts, a free meal to take home, etc., because we waited so long, but even that didn't come. We found out later that she never put our order into the kitchen. We sat for an hour and a half waiting and listening to her excuses when basically, she was just lying the whole time. There's no way she could have been checking on our orders because the cook would have known he/she didn't have an order for our table and that should have prompted her, I assume, that she forgot to give it to the kitchen, and would have done it at that time. We understood at first when she was saying it was a backup due to it being Mother's Day, but that wasn't the reason, so then we were not happy, because not only were we waiting an hour and a half, we watched people who came after us, even groups of people be seated, get their food and drinks, finished it, and get up to leave and we're still sitting there waiting for our food to come.

So, I found a manager, told her what the problem was and let her know we were ready to leave and we offered to pay for only our drinks. She told us the drinks were on her, so we left and went home.

Normally, I would give this restaurant a 5 star, because the food is good and I'm not saying not to go there. I'm sure this doesn't happen often, this was the first time it happened to us and I've been there several times. So, I'm not writing this review to say don't go to Olive Garden in Elyria, I'm just expressing a concern that maybe they need more workers on a holiday.

I hate writing negative comments because we all make mistakes, and I do not wish anybody to lose their job. But, it wasn't the mistake that upset us, it was the lie. She should have just been honest from the beginning.

Update: Received an email from their administrative offices and then the next day I received a $50 gift certificate to return, which we did, but at a different location. We were shopping in another nearby city and we used the gift certificate during our visit at that location. The food and service was excellent.

“We ordered a lg stuffed crust pepperoni pizza, cheesy bread and a chopped salad. 10 out of 10 on every level. The pizza sauce was seasoned well, there was an ample amount of cheese and toppings. The salad was excellent, perfect amount of toppings. The cheesy bread was also very good. Wish i could of got pictures but it was almost gone b4 i could get it on the table. Great job guys. We will definitely order again.“

“I have tried a couple of different flavors of smoothies and that’s about it. I can however tell you I only gave them four stars because I repeatedly asked for bigger cups and they still don’t have them because that’s how absolutely delicious they are. I give them a five, but I won’t write them a five.“
