“I love the fact they have wonton soup broth only! I think the noodles get to soggy but the broth is great! Also recommend trying the Phoenix and Dragon dish. It's General Tso's Shrimp and Chicken. The boneless ribs sauce is sweet and tasty. Make sure to get extra sauce for dipping your egg roll; you won't regret it.“

“Wow, this place really impressed me! First, let me admit I'm extremely picky. I found this place on a whim, 15 min before they closed on a Monday night. They kindly welcomed me in and made my food fresh, exactly how I ordered it. I get plain fried rice (meaning just peas, carrots, and onions). I don't really eat meat, but I also don't want all the extra veggies that some places put in the vegetable fried rice. This place had no problem getting it right. Ohh and the plain lo mein is AMAZING! Maybe the best I've ever had! I will definitely be back. Thank you!“

“They're always friendly and straightforward on the phone. The food tends to take slightly longer than expected sometimes, just by a few minutes but it's always worth it. They've gotten it right every time, even when we had picky, specific people ordering. This has to be the best takeout I've had in my decades of always trying new Chinese takeout restaurants. “This place literally never disappoints. My husband and I order from here regularly and every single item I’ve ordered has been amazing. The honey chicken is both of our favorites though and is something not found on a lot of Chinese menus. This has become our regular Chinese restaurant at this point. I’d give this place more than 5 stars if I could. My only complaint is that they’re not open everyday although that’s probably a good thing for my waistline.“

The sweet and sour chicken has a nice crisp to it, the rice is great and their wonton soup is always delicious and hearty. “Good rich flavors. Consistent. Affordable. And always prepared fresh. Not to mention super quick service! China House has been our go to for over a decade. We now live 15 minutes away and still go here over any other Chinese place closer in proximity, (we’ve tried to try others and just—no). I don’t think I’ve truly been dissatisfied with an experience.

We’ll support China House forever.

Our favorites are, Pork Fried Rice, General Tso’s, Sesame Chicken, Sweet n’ Sour Chicken (note that this chicken comes plain with sauce on the side—great call!), Chicken Wings, Teriykai Beef Sticks, Spring Roll, Egg Roll and last but certainly not least their Won Ton Soup is TOP NOTCH (seriously it’s the best around. Always piping hot. There’s only one place in Coventry that can even come close to their flavor and the meet inside doesn’t make me cringe)“

The food is good and every dish I have had is consistent. Why isn't a five star? Having a special dish once in a while would be a game changer.“

“This was my first time trying this place and I tried the lunch buffet they offer. I went around 12pm and heard good things from a co-worker of mine. The buffet isn't big but they have a decent variety. I had 2 plates of food first was the noodles they had 2 kinds both were good then I got General Tso chicken, chicken on a stick, and an egg roll. All of that was good as well. The beef broccoli, pepper steak, and chicken with vegetables was not as good. The gravy for those wasn't good to me. All in all it was a good experience and I WOULD come back.“

“Szechwan Garden is my wife's and my favorite place to get Chinese takeout. I'm vegetarian. The Zen menu makes it extremely easy to order since EVERYTHING on the menu is vegetarian. I can't say I've seen this anywhere else. We frequently drive into Lakewood, passing many other Chinese restaurants, to get food from here. The food is extremely consistent, the portions are large, and the prices are reasonable. I love this place.“

“Very good for fast food Chinese. Much better than the two Asian restaurants on the other side of the food court and better than many sit down restaurants that charge much more money. I typically get the one meat two sides entree with some type of chicken (orange, General Tso, pepper, bourbon chicken are all very good). With a medium Coke it is about $9 total. Their sushi is below average. Their side dishes are good, i normally get the lo mein noodles and the veggies medley. The people who work there are extremely friendly.“
