“Just reviewing the service of this location. You know what you’re getting when going to Charley’s for food. But the service was great yesterday. Cashier was so nice and attentive. And by the time we made it to the car and realized we were missing a fry, an employee was already walking to our car to bring it to us. Not often anymore that you get workers that seem to actually care about their jobs to that extent.“

“Stopped here based on reviews while traveling and was not disappointed! Small buffalo chicken Philly was delicious and not as messy as it looks. Totally worth $10.
I gave only four stars for the atmosphere because it was very smoky in the restaurant. Chose to eat in the car so the smell wouldn’t get stuck in my clothes.
Would recommend this restaurant and eat here again.“

Probably the best way of ordering is online.
Especially if you are entertaining company from out of town.
Because Mr. Hero is an Ohio thing.
People outside of Ohio do not have the opportunity to enjoy the Romain Burger.
It would not be safe to ship a sandwich.

“First couple times at Mr Hero. Pickup up a Romanburger for a family member and the cheesesteak sub for me. Solid food. The veggied on the Romanburger were fresh and my family member loved it. The cheesesteak sub for me was great too. I like mushrooms and it had a lot of them. If you're not a mushroom fan you might have them go light on them, but I love them. The waffle fries were very good, and i liked them much better than the ones at a certain chicken chain. Note, This location is definitely setup more for takeout than dining in.“

“Literally dining here as I write this. We go to Penn station all the time and this is the best service we’ve had. Such friendly employees working here today, and our subs are perfect!! And hot, fresh fries to go with them. Great job! Fast food workers aren’t generally the kindest but these guys are great. ?“

“Picture it, mall is closing and a tired Mom and toddler need to eat. Toddler is very upset about leaving the playplace, is hungry and now throwing a fit. Mom orders food and is given fries right away. While trying to juggle her purse, drink and an upset toddler the Mom gives the toddler a fry but it is too hot and toddler drops it on the floor. The cashier apologizes even though it's not his fault and the Mom explains it's been a long day and the toddler is just tired and emotional per usual. The cashier reaches over and hands a small free package of cookies to give to the toddler. The crying stops, Mom breathes and in just a moment a stranger has helped more than they could know. Thank you for your thoughtful gesture. You truly made a difference in that Mom's day. Food was so delicious and quick too. ❤️“

“Staff was great and seemed to work well together. They took my order for four subs and waffle fries, made the food, and I was back out the door quickly. “We went to Penn Station in Avon tonight, where we met Logan. I haven't seen such genuine, friendly customer service in years!! We ordered a chicken teriyaki sub with ghost pepper cheese, a cheese steak sub with ghost pepper cheese, and fries. The ghost pepper cheese had an amazing kick and perfect flavor, and we really enjoyed it! Absolutely delicious and fresh!! Also very generous with the fries! “This is a nice little addition to the convenience store. It's a run of the mill convenience store overall with anything you would expect to find it any corner store in our area. But what makes it so grand? They have a Mr hero inside! When you're on your way home from work picking up a six pack or a tall boy, who can resist a nice 10-in Roman Burger sandwich or hot buttered cheese steak?? Maybe somebody can but not this guy! Staff is also very friendly and you can see into the kitchen and it appears to be pretty clean, which is always a good thing.“
