“The food was amazing! Service was a C. Slow - we were the only ones in there. I asked for our bill & the waiter brought a credit card machine. I said, where is my bill and he says if you don’t trust me, then I’ll print it out. He prints out my bill, but when I went to the register, it was a different amount. Make sure you take cash or they charge you an additional 3%.“

“We used Cozumel Brunswick for our daughter’s graduation party this past Sunday and everything was delicious!! We got the taco bar with half ground meat/half shredded chicken. Everything was ready on time and looked and tasted just as expected. A special shoutout for them also remedying an unexpected situation we ran into once the party started. We had placed all of the meats in crockpots to stay warm and when a guest lifted the lid on the shredded chicken the glass shattered everywhere into the food. Cozumel was contacted to place another order for more chicken and when we arrived to pick it up and pay for it they said it was no charge!!! Great customer service especially for something that was not even their fault, highly recommend!!!“

“NORTH OLMSTED LOCATION: So, I was on my way to church and decided to stop here to try something new. I got in line and was greeted right away by such a wonderful lady! I have very bad anxiety to begin with, and when you add in the social part, I get overwhelmed and shut down. I believe her name is Kali or Tally (I really hope she doesn't get mad if I got it wrong; my anxiety was high, so hopefully she'll forgive me). Anyway, she noticed almost instantly that I had social anxiety and was such a blessing! She was very comforting and helpful in assisting me with deciding what to get. “A colleague recommended Ohio City Burrito to me, and I was initially a bit skeptical. I typically frequent Chipotle, but on previous occasions, I experienced stomach discomfort and subsequent restroom visits after dining there. I gave in and visited. Upon entering, I was gracefully greeted by staff, and they answered all my questions regarding their menu.
I ended up getting a Barbacoa burrito and a bag of chips and sweet salsa. Everything was fresh and flavorful. They do have limited seating, which is perfectly acceptable, and I have personally never encountered any difficulty in securing a seat, particularly considering the time of day I typically visit.
Most importantly, I never experience any stomach discomfort or the need to frequent the restroom shortly after consumption. I will continue to be a devoted customer.“
