“This place absolutely slaps (if you like spicy food) Do not compare to chipotle, it’s not for one much better but their ingredients are different as well. Their meat and seasoning/marinade is fantastic, that are blended with the perfect amount of rice, beans, greens, and other ingredients. The burritos are a great size, perfect blend of ingredients and always consistent. The tacos are bangers too. I’ve ate here 20+ times now and I have never been disappointed. That’s hard to beat!! Keep up the great food. If you want faster service call your order in first and pick up at phone/door dash line.“

“My buddy and I stopped in on a Friday evening to have the fish n fries and were not disappointed. We sat at the bar and it turned out, the company in the bar was as friendly as the staff. The fish dinner was spot-on fries and all, and at a good value. I'll certainly be going back for more before too long. Jay“

“We got to this restaurant frequently and the service is always good and the food is usually delicious .
Today (11/25/2025 @ around 7:40 was in the order was placed) we ordered a to go order, and since we had never had an issue until tonight. My daughter gives us our food (we live in Galion) and the wings are way over cooked. When my husband opened his box you could SMELL the burnt.

However, when I called the manager was very nice, understanding and offered me a refund. I declined the refund and requested to have the wings remade and we would bring back the food (minus the 1 my husband attempted to eat. No clue why he tried with the smell, but whatever)
When we got there, this blonde haired lady came out with a to go bag ready for us, she even had them remake our fries.
I gave her our old order and she apologized and was friendly!
To me the staff making it right (remaking the food) was so much better and the best possible customer service option (in my opinion)

“Come here often. The servers are always great and keep our drinks full. The ladies when you walk in aren’t the most welcoming. Food is always hot and comes out quickly. My really only complaint is it always seems dirty tables sticky and floor has trash on it.“

“The *greatest* sub I have ever had in my life. I was born in Mansfield so I know these subs quote well. However I moved to LA after Ohio State and no sandwich out there can compare with a Leaning Tower sub. I am a vegetarian and the veggie sub is incredible. I wish I could have one every day.“

“What a wonderful quirky place to eat. As we entered we were greeted by a very friendly woman who explained their menu and took our order. We barely had time to enjoy all their Buckeye and Christmas decor before another friendly and cheerful woman brought our food to our table. She was very attentive throughout our meal. The food was fabulous and portions were HUGE. Most tables around us asked for to go boxes as soon as they saw the size of their plates. This was our first visit but definitely not our last. We can’t wait to try their perch and fried bologna sandwich on our next visit. Even though you order as you go in don’t forget to tip your waitress.“

“From the moment we arrived until we reluctantly left for the weekend, we were treated so special. The rooms are absolutely gorgeous. Our dinner in the igloo was so much fun. The pork shank was out of this world, but we also enjoyed our burger, Reuben, and of course the mac & cheese amongst other things. We indulged in some charcuterie and blueberry wine that were just so yummy. Everything was top of the line. We cannot wait to go back and would highly recommend. “We stopped here on a Saturday late afternoon for a drink and a bite to eat after touring the reformatory a couple miles away.

We had a flight and a cocktail and sat in the outside seating in the alleyway adjacent to the building. The weather was beautiful.

Of the 4 beers in the flight, I liked the neon squeeze the most. I think I had orange eyes, big spring, and turbity as the other 3…trying to look at my pic and remember. I liked orange eyes the least but they were all pretty good.

We got food from a food truck behind the building. There was some event going on back there so I’m not sure if the food truck is there all the time or not but I thought I did see food on the menu with the beer info.

Staff were friendly. Prices were typical. Other folks here seemed friendly. We parked on the street right out front so no issues with that.

“My husband and I were pleasantly surprised with this place. I put off trying them for a while because I thought it seemed expensive when I looked up their menu.. it's really not though, considering the burritos are seriously huge!! Definitely get more than 1 meal out of them, and they're worth the price! The steak and shrimp are both so flavorful, and have been cooked perfectly every time..and they have the best chips and salsa.“

“We went to Outback Steakhouse a couple of weeks ago, we hadn't been there in sometime. We had a lovely evening! Our server, AJ, was very pleasant, professional, did a great job. The steak came as ordered, food was delicious. I'm a cook and I'm picky, I rarely bother to leave a review. The Manager checked and on us and we had a nice conversation. The teenager at the front door went out of his way to open the door for me as I was leaving, sweet guy! We will definitely come back again! 😊“

I called the other location and was told the same thing.
To me it was a great example of terrible Customer Service.

“In my opinion, one of the top 3 places in Mansfield to get a pizza. Phenomenal flavor at an incredible value with consistent quality. (5 Star) Well worth the wait(45min-1hour typically). Sometimes, I get the impression that are a bit overloaded and backed up (Paitents, we all been there), but they get 5 stars for always coming through every time no matter what! Atmosphere: It is a drive-through carry-out. What's better than that? Get your brewskis, smokes, scratch-offs, and you a pizzer and never leave the car!! (5 Star)“
