“We got to this restaurant frequently and the service is always good and the food is usually delicious .
Today (11/25/2025 @ around 7:40 was in the order was placed) we ordered a to go order, and since we had never had an issue until tonight. My daughter gives us our food (we live in Galion) and the wings are way over cooked. When my husband opened his box you could SMELL the burnt.

However, when I called the manager was very nice, understanding and offered me a refund. I declined the refund and requested to have the wings remade and we would bring back the food (minus the 1 my husband attempted to eat. No clue why he tried with the smell, but whatever)
When we got there, this blonde haired lady came out with a to go bag ready for us, she even had them remake our fries.
I gave her our old order and she apologized and was friendly!
To me the staff making it right (remaking the food) was so much better and the best possible customer service option (in my opinion)

I will come back here, not because we love the food (we do) but because the staff was super friendly and willing to acknowledge a mistake made and they made it right by remaking the food.“

“Come here often. The servers are always great and keep our drinks full. The ladies when you walk in aren’t the most welcoming. Food is always hot and comes out quickly. My really only complaint is it always seems dirty tables sticky and floor has trash on it.“

“This place is so much fun to take your kid to and it’s right next to splash harbor! They have a cool train play area outside, and it’s so much fun to eat inside. They ended up closing at 4 and we got there at 3:20 and they were very nice and said we could stay, and finish eating. We did leave, because we didn’t want to be rude, but there was no pressure. Th food was fresh and delicious. I got a burger, and fried pickles and my kid got chicken tenders. Place was also clean and everyone was friendly.“

“The *greatest* sub I have ever had in my life. I was born in Mansfield so I know these subs quote well. However I moved to LA after Ohio State and no sandwich out there can compare with a Leaning Tower sub. I am a vegetarian and the veggie sub is incredible. I wish I could have one every day.“

“From the moment we arrived until we reluctantly left for the weekend, we were treated so special. The rooms are absolutely gorgeous. Our dinner in the igloo was so much fun. The pork shank was out of this world, but we also enjoyed our burger, Reuben, and of course the mac & cheese amongst other things. We indulged in some charcuterie and blueberry wine that were just so yummy. Everything was top of the line. We cannot wait to go back and would highly recommend. Placed order through Slice for delivery at 6:15 pm. Order arrived on time.
Ordered:
Medium cheese pizza with light sauce- crust was decent, with that crispy, chewy bite. Perfect amount of sauce.

Meatball Sub- lightly baked
Meatballs are decent and flavorful. Perfect amount of sauce and the bread was perfectly lightly baked.

Classic Italian Sub- no mods
Honestly my favorite part of my order. Crispy flavor roll, crispy edges on the meat. Definitely will order this again.

Carrot Cake & Banana Nut Cake
Unfortunately they were out of cake, and allowed me to choose from a couple different frozen mini cream pies. That was disappointing, not sure how they are but honestly I would have rather had the cakes.

That’s my only truly disappointing experience- was the cake being unavailable. The food is kinda pricey but would try again.“

“We went to Outback Steakhouse a couple of weeks ago, we hadn't been there in sometime. We had a lovely evening! Our server, AJ, was very pleasant, professional, did a great job. The steak came as ordered, food was delicious. I'm a cook and I'm picky, I rarely bother to leave a review. The Manager checked and on us and we had a nice conversation. The teenager at the front door went out of his way to open the door for me as I was leaving, sweet guy! We will definitely come back again! 😊“

“In my opinion, one of the top 3 places in Mansfield to get a pizza. Phenomenal flavor at an incredible value with consistent quality. (5 Star) Well worth the wait(45min-1hour typically). Sometimes, I get the impression that are a bit overloaded and backed up (Paitents, we all been there), but they get 5 stars for always coming through every time no matter what! Atmosphere: It is a drive-through carry-out. What's better than that? Get your brewskis, smokes, scratch-offs, and you a pizzer and never leave the car!! (5 Star)“
