“It was my first time visiting Shawarma Al Sham. I originally wanted to take photos of the place and the food inside, but I was in a hurry and ended up eating in my car instead.

“I order the pizzas and gyros which are always fresh and delicious. All the fresh prepped veggie toppings make the pizzas irresistable. Eating in is always a good relaxing experience with large private booths and ample entertainment on the TV screens. i called last night 930pm 3/31 and i spoke to a worker who directed me to a STELLAR manager. my power was out all night & she was very knowledgeable on my allergy (celiac disease). its very difficult to find safe eats for gluten allergy with cross contamination and risks of not knowing immediately if my body will be harmed by the food. i believe the restaurant closed at 10pm & this manager was awesome in accommodating me even so late at night and working with me on the phone for allergy requests because of door dash barriers. kudos to the chef, the worker who got her manager & definitely the manager herself!!! so thankful to have a full belly in such a crazy day. the manager even said the chef had cleaned off their cutting boards so it would for sure be safe for celiac cross contamination & the chef would just re-clean them after. thanks so much team!!!! great job!!!!“

One particular staff member, a tall gentleman was very kind and asked how I liked the food, took the time to tell me my options when I was ordering, and offered to put my tray away when I was done eating. Now that’s service! Service in most places have not been satisfactory lately as the food service industry slowly picks back up from a type of recession. But the customer care and service here is above and beyond.“

“I've eaten at Tony K's throughout the years. I've always got delicious food at a good value. So it was without hesitation that I placed a catering order for food from Tony K's for a party. I ordered 4 of their large sheet pizzas & a six foot sub. I had the order delivered to the place where the party was being held. The order was delivered on time which was important because it was a surprise party & I didn't want the food to show up at the same time as the guest of honor. The food was delicious! Everyone was asking me where the pizza & sub was from because they thought it was awesome & tasty. Because the food was delivered, the sub & pizzas was already cut into manageable pieces which made it easy for people to just grab a slice. If I do another large party, I would definitely consider having Tony K's catering it. Until then, I'll be happy to just have a delicious meal at their Berea establishment.“
