“I just joined their Loyalty program, and I placed my first online order. It was a bit cumbersome, and there were some technology issues, but I got it figured out.

The assistant manager, Josh Dignan, did a great job greeting me when I came in and making me feel like a valued customer. He’s a great ambassador for the Jimmy John’s brand! The ladies behind the counter prepared my order efficiently and accurately. I hope all of them get recognized for a job well done!
