We ordered the pick 3 special (choose 3 lobsters and 2 orders of crab legs plus the add on 1/2 pound. Thr crab legs were horrible. Extremely small and lots of random pieces vs the usual crab legs and full clusters.
The server was below average and not attentive. I have had good experiences at other locations before but this was by far below any other experience. Not worth the nearly $200 tab.
I usually love Red Lobster but the last two times I ordered from this location I was very unhappy.
I ordered curbside pickup & both times was waiting up to 25 minutes past the time my order should've been ready. I probably would've been waiting longer if I didn't go in the restaurant and grab it myself, even though they are supposed to bring it out to you when you select that form of pickup. Red Lobster provides a pleasant dining experience despite concerns about the company's future. The Parma location delivers a fine experience, and the staff at this seafood restaurant are extremely nice and accommodating. Recently, customers have noted that the food is cooked well with good flavor, and the service is fast. Overall, Red Lobster has won back some customers with its attentive service and flavorful dishes.
