I ordered a burger with tots, the tots are definitely better than the fries. The burger was cooked exactly how I wanted it. “I haven't been to O'charley's since I moved out of Reynoldsburg in 2009. My family and I went while I was in town not too long ago...the waitress was a sweetheart and super attentive. She timed her visits to our table perfectly and never let anyone run out of beverages. My steak was cooked perfectly and my son ordered the chicken parmesan and said it was delicious. I can't wait to go back when I return to town from Pennsylvania!“

“Not from the area was here for a travel basketball league. Everyone starving after a day of playing so we see this place. Nothing to special looking just says food. Go in plenty of seats. But the food did not match what seem to be a hole in the wall. It was FANTASTIC!! My pulled pork w/ slaw was so crunchy & juicy an on a pretzel bun. My son loved his pub berger w/ an over easy egg his favorite. An my g/f got the Ruban was so delicious. Oh an the onion rings were huge an crispy! Would definitely go back. Sorry no pictures we were starving!!“

Hard to find great service and high quality food at a restaurant these days! “I’m leaving this 5 star review strictly on the customer service of the manager on shift tonight, Ellison. I was upset after showing up 20 minutes after my order was supposed to be ready. Ellison approached me with a calm demeanor and was very pleasant. I couldn’t even be mad no more. Shout out to that stand up young man.“

“we entered the bob Evans and approached the host and requested a table of three the young man was very polite and clearly had some type of a disability and needed help at the podium multiple times he went and spoke with his manager and all he would tell him is people needed to wait instead of overwhelming this young man with frustrated customers the manager should have stepped in to help assist I was very disappointed with the management and staff leaving the poor host out to dry and had we got any attention at all from anyone besides the host I would have let them know how disgusting I thought it was needless to say after about 20 minutes and a waiting room full of people we decided to head to another place to eat as a crowded room and a rowdy toddler don't mesh well only certain tables are open to be seated in and staff seems like they are falling apart it's disappointing and not at all what it used to be“

“We had placed a pick up order for two wildfire, chicken salads & We got all the way home to realize that the salad was missing the dressings. This is the third time this has happened to us, I’ve just never called about it. I’ve always just taken it as a loss and put my own dressing on it. Well, today I called and the manager Tyesha was super quick to fix the issue for me, she went out of her way to make me a new order, and included a free goodie because of the inconvenience. Thank you so much! This is what customer service is all about, she went out of her way to make this right for me and it just made the overall experience so much better!!“
