The food is good- not healthy but it tastes good. It’s very loud and not a place for conversations. The mood is upbeat. The people work very hard. It’s more of a “get it done“ instead of timely service. They do not take reservations. We had a sports team of 14 people arrive on a Saturday afternoon. We were seated in a in impressive 15 minutes. The server did a good job taking our orders. Our food came out all at once – appetizers salad and entrées. with a crowd, our size and as busy as they were, I don’t think any of us really minded. However, if circumstances were different, we would’ve preferred appetizers to come out separately along with salads. Overall, our experience was great! The restaurant was clean! They had a test menu on the table, which was fun to review.“

The only time I was disappointed was when I hoped to pick up some of their delicious chicken nuggets for my kids and they were out of stock. Then I realized they had run out because they had been providing free lunches to children after the schools shut down due to the pandemic. This is a great small business that deserves your support.“

“I live 3 hours away and wanted to send a meal to my friend and her family who had just lost their mother. The staff were extremely helpful, empathetic, and kind to me on the phone. When my friends husband went to pick up, the staff again offered condolences and helped carry the food to the car. The food was amazing to my understanding! “I love this place! I have been eating here since my freshman year of high school and I’m now a senior and so upset I’m leaving for college cause I won’t be able to eat here so often. On a high school kids salary this place is extremely affordable, gives large portions and above all else is delicious. The family working here are extremely kind and generous people who clearly love what they do. I’ve never had a bad meal here and I’ve had almost the entire menu. My favorite is the hot and sour soup and crab Rangoon. He never understood the bad reviews and they even made me scared to eat here but DO NOT TRUST THEM. Majority of the High school and junior high eat here and never complain. This place is once again amazing, so much so I had to leave a review to let people know.“

“We’ve been doing carry out from this Romeo’s for years. It’s our favorite as far as chain pizza goes, and my kids’ favorite period. Great deals, great options. The pizza quality is sometimes inconsistent, occasionally under or over cooked, but most of the time it’s good.

I give this location 5 stars for service, especially Jazelle who works the front desk on weekends. She knows my face now and doesn’t ever ask my name, and she always knows exactly where my order is and gets it to me quickly. She’s cool as a cucumber when things get backed up and busy and does a great job keeping the front moving.

We’ve only had problems with an order once or twice, and they were helpful and quick to fix it.“

“I had been looking for a great pizza place since moving back to Ohio 11 years ago. I had settled on Marcos because when they 1st opened, it was wonderful. I guess they’ve become complacent, or they have so much turnover, that they can’t provide good service anymore. I don’t know what has happened to this place. I have stopped patronizing the restaurant because of messed up orders, pizza boxes stuck to the toppings, and just a general lack of attention to detail. I received the wrong cookies so I reached out via email and they stated I must have received someone else’s order because they wouldn’t substitute as many as were different and they offered to resend or to refund. I chose the refund bc I don’t need another 24 cookies but I’m glad they responded so quickly and want to make it right. I am a repeat customer and enjoy their product.

“I don't usually eat in. I always go through the drive thru. The employees there are so nice. It's always the same group of people. The pizza is always fresh and hot. They do not skimp on toppings. I always get a cauliflower crust pizza, and it is one of my favorites. Highly recommend!
