“Just ate here for the first time with my husband and 3 kids. Everything was great until the end where a couple mistakes were made. I had forgotten to grab our leftover boxes and by the time we turned around to get them, they had been thrown away. The staff and manager went above and beyond to correct the mistake (and deal with an over-emotional mom). Im very grateful for the way they handled the situation. She belongs at a 5 star joint. Refills, smiles, table side boxing our food, etc... We felt like we were getting red carpet treatment. She felt like family. I cannot express enough the good AURA surrounding this lovely server. She has such a kind soul and made us feel like a priority. We will ask for her again next time. We have a disabled toddler that was at peace and at ease and he ate like a champion and I think it has a LOT to do with his vibe from our server, she was so personable and helpful and kind. I cannot get him to sit still, stop yelling or eat and today was some other child inhabitanting mine. He's so sensitive to his surroundings and this was such a good time.. he was so very relaxed and he loved his spaghetti.

“Concerto is our favorite place to eat in the MGM Casino. The food is served hot and it is very delicious. A very good alternative to the other restaurants in the casino. All of their food is good and the serving sizes are just enough to fill our appetites.“

“I’m going to start by saying the food was incredible. The chicken parm was fantastic and the marinara was really good. I didn’t expect angel hair but it was perfect and not clumpy as it can easily be. The bolognese was flavorful and done very well. If I’m nitpicking maybe the rigatoni was a minute over cooked but my wife didn’t notice. The bread and butter that came out was fresh and the butter was really good. It had something going on that I couldn’t figure out. Maybe garlic pimento or something. Whatever it was it was great. The meatball appetizer we got for happy hour was flavorful and awesome as well. But why 4 stars? The service is average at best. You can tell they need help and are trying to get by. The bartender was super nice but was way out of her depth and couldn’t keep up. She had like 4 tables and the entire bar. In her defense she said she was new and had a lot of tables so if the service was slow she was sorry in advance. I did appreciate that. Finally the price… as crazy delicious as all the food was, it still feels overpriced. 3 small meatballs are a $16 appetizer. The chicken parm was $32. That’s $5-$10 more than what you’ll find anywhere in little Italy and $3 more than Il Venetian downtown which is also high end Italian. TreBelle 10 mins away in bath is also nice Italian and their parm is $26 with a salad and garlic bread. All that being said. It’s really good, I’ll likely come back. But it’s one of the more expensive italian places I’ve seen in the area so plan accordingly.“

“This is the pizza place you’re looking for. When I moved to the area a few years ago, I tried a different place every week for a very long time until we came across this gem of a pizza shop. It’s literally the tiniest possible pizza shop you’ve ever seen. You’re not dining in…as 2 parking spots would suggest.

“First time ordering from Big Star thanks to a pizza group I’m in on FB. Expansive menu including pastas, salads, burgers yes burgers, some Greek options and other Italian options. I can’t wait to order from here again. The person taking my order was super friendly. Pizza came out amazing. Ordered the New York style with all veggies and a side of garlic dipping sauce. Also Not greasy either. Crispy and balanced. So so yummy. Ordered the breaded mixed veggies as well. Delish breading. Recommend.“

“Another Road-Trip pizza review!! Ordered an 8-cut pepperoni and sausage. Took 40 mins on a Friday night (pretty normal). The pizza sauce was savory, the dough was tasty and the crust was crunchy, sausage was normal, the pepperoni was their downfall in the rating... I think the whole pizza had 16 prices (not joking with 2 each slice). But the atmosphere was spectacular!! I don't think you can take it all in with one visit!! We will be back, but they really need to work on that pepperoni issue 😁“

They were very accommodating to our needs.
Service was excellent.
Food was served hot and delicious.
I ordered the Veal Parmesean w angel hair pasta. The sauce was fresh and homemade. Portion size was great.
Meal was absolutely tasty.
Took half my dinner size order home.
Everyone loved their food choices.

“We had a large group 16 to 20, all on separate checks. The server was good, but it looked like his assistant was a trainee. With that large of group there probably should have been two seasoned staffers. This did lead to a delay in timely drink service. We probably all would of had another Complete round.
With such a large group the food did come out together.
I had the pasta Milano, $20. Though I still think everyone adds just a little to much oil to the dish.
The bread and oil was good, but it would be better with a plate of grated pecorino Romano.
Oh, location was hard to find in the dark using Google maps. It is just tucked into an odd location.

Her personality was so welcoming and warm and genuine. “When they actually get your order right it’s good food. The problem is that they screw up the orders too often. It doesn’t matter if you order online or over the phone, what you ask for and pay for is not what’s in the box. They either drown the wings because you ask for extra sauce (to the point where the box can’t hold the sauce & it’s spilling out) or the wings are bone dry. The last order I placed was for a white pizza with chicken and bacon, I got a white pizza with banana peppers, tomatoes, black olives and bacon… NOT the same!
It’s frustrating because the food IS good :(“

“Service has gone down hill in recent years. Biggest problem with poor service is that it shows in the food. This was once an excellent establishment for quality delivery, not any longer. There is zero consistency between orders other than something is always missing from the orders. Completely different from when this location opened up several years ago.

Edited for follow-up: Owner reached out after our latest mishap and was more than understanding, even giving us a generous and unnecessary gift card/credit. Customer service from the store manager and owner was fantastic. If nothing else, try them out based solely on the customer service from management and beyond.“

“Decided to try it after seeing reviews about their gluten free pizzas and how good they were. I will say that I am glad I did!! I can honestly say, their gluten free Detroit style pizza is the best gluten free pizza/dough that I’ve ever had!! I went to the Twinsburg location and the two guys making my pizzas, Isaiah and John, were very friendly and helpful! Their pizzas are a bit on the pricey side, especially for the sizes, but I will still definitely come back just for their gluten free pizzas! Thank you for making a gluten free dough that tastes so good and almost exactly like regular pizza dough!! Also, I should add, I got their vegan cheese as well and it tasted really good too!“

Online they have deals and twice I've tried ordering the '16" xl 1 topping pizza and 6 Pepperoni rolls for $25.99'. After 5 minutes of being on hold because nobody knew what deals they had, i was finally able to redeme the online deal. This last time ordering, we got home and realized they gave us a 12" pizza.... i thought the pizza looked small when my husband got home but we were hungry. it wasnt until the next day, i noticed the bottom of the box says 12". soooo, instead of getting an extra large, we got a small? either update your website and deals, or educate your staff on the deals you have!! $26 for a small pizza and 6 skimpy Pepperoni rolls???
