I had the rosemary chicken spaghetti and tasted the love and passion that went into the dish. I shared a slice of strawberry cheesecake for dessert and was so impressed, I ended up ordering an extra slice to go to have with my coffee in the morning. The atmosphere is romantic and cozy. Definitely perfect for a date! Although they have only been open for a short four months, it's very clear they have mastered their craft and want to provide delicious Italian food with flavor and flare in an upscale atmosphere.“

“We had a really nice experience at Vaccaro’s Trattoria. The restaurant is spacious and can comfortably accommodate parties of different sizes. The atmosphere is quiet and relaxing, which we really appreciated, you can actually have a conversation without loud music in the background.

The menu has a great variety of options, from pasta and pizza to chicken and seafood entrees. We started with an appetizer platter that came with olives, hummus, and bread, and everything was extremely tasty. It was also surprisingly filling while we waited for our entrees.

For our main dishes, we ordered a pizza and the Diavolo pasta, and both were delicious! Everything came out well-cooked, flavorful, and fresh. We really enjoyed the food, ambience, and service throughout our visit.

Overall, we had a great experience and would absolutely recommend Vaccaro’s Trattoria if you’re looking for a nice Italian restaurant in the Akron area. Just keep in mind that prices are on the higher side, we spent around $70 per person, but the overall experience was very enjoyable.“

“We had dinner there last night at their new location. They have not lost a step. It is still a great restaurant. All four of us had something different and everyone raved about their choices. My veal parm was excellent and so large that I brought home enough for another meal! The new location is nice and roomy with the same great service. I can’t wait to return. “Just visited ist of August 2020 again to try out the new menu items since MGM is out.of the picture. Wait for food was pretty long this day at 45 minutes for two meals but I am sure this was related to the grand opening celebration. In fact there were so.many open to go orders they had no more beepers to give out and resorted to yelling out names. We each opted for the rigatoni and sausage. We asked for a combined marinara and alfredo sauce. Pasta cooked perfectly aldente blended sauce is better than either one alone. The blended sauce is not on the menu so you need to ask them to blend it. While the sausage tasted good with just a little bit of spice, the casing was very tough. The addition of several more new menu items makes this a recurring spot to sit down or take out!
Next time trying the chicken parmesan!“

“We cannot thank the Russo family enough for hosting the luncheon after our 7 year old daughter, Jady’s bell ringing ceremony. From the moment we walked in, they made us feel so incredibly loved and celebrated.

The biggest surprise was when we entered and the Russo team started ringing bells for Jady. It was such a heartfelt moment and something we will never forget. To have them recognize and celebrate this milestone with us meant more than words can express. Jan also surprised Jady with a special bell ringing gift, which was such a thoughtful and sweet gesture.

Beyond their incredible kindness and generosity, the food, drinks, and service were absolutely wonderful. Everything was perfect, and they helped make an already emotional and unforgettable day even more special for our family and friends.

The Russo family is truly amazing — not only because of the wonderful restaurant they run, but because of the love and compassion they show to others. We are so grateful they were part of Jady’s bell ringing celebration and helped create memories we will cherish forever.

I can honestly say, their gluten free Detroit style pizza is the best gluten free pizza/dough that I’ve ever had!! I went to the Twinsburg location and the two guys making my pizzas, Isaiah and John, were very friendly and helpful! Their pizzas are a bit on the pricey side, especially for the sizes, but I will still definitely come back just for their gluten free pizzas!
