“I have lived at Hidden Village well over three years and I have no reservations owning a Ryan Home. Yes, we did have some warranty issues after moving in, but I will say the response to issues is quick and the warranty team including Hiram Coffey and particularly Mark Gruich, has been more than helpful, often going above and beyond just fixing the problem. Mark has always been informative, polite, and personable, but always performing his due diligence (Col 3:23-24). Hiram Coffey also has been honest and fair in regard to our issues as well.Thank you for your professionalism.”

“I highly recommend Kay jack pizza. We eat here regularly. Love their cheese steak pizza and their hand stretched with cupping pepperoni and sweet red sauce. The steak on their pizza is real chunks of meat with delicious cheese sauce. Yum!”

“I am shocked I've been getting pizza from this place for since they came to Chesterland and then they moved to an x Pizza Hut building good pizza friendly people BUT today I order online it's a pickup I go there to pick up the pizza person bring some pizza to the takeout window it's the wrong Pizza I said told him then he says well no your wife called and ordered the salad it says I don't have a wife I'm not married then he starts getting irate with me and he starts calling me names and he tells me that I was not to swear I didn't swear at all with this guy I thak that back once he started calling me names that's when I got irate took my money back took and I will never ever go back to bada bing in Chesterland again”

“Where do I start ? Came for dinner Wednesday night and then came for dinner Thursday again. That should say something . I’m beyond impressed by the Staff and the establishment, it beyond exceeded my expectations. We have a lot of fine dining in the Poconos region with some higher end restaurants and this place exceeded them. The quality of the food is superior. Take a look at some of the pics of the food we ordered. Ended up meeting Sean the head chef and impressed how he runs his kitchen , everything goes with the flow . Make sure you make a reservation :) we ended up not making one and we got seated over looking the kitchen and it was the best place. You see all the action. Can’t wait to come back from Poconos. “I've been a regular customer to Casa Agave throughout this year and every visit has been extremely satisfactory, it look small from the outside but it is actually very spacious, the bar area is pretty nice and great to watch sports, I have tried several dishes and I want to highlight the quality of their seafood menu. We got the pulled pork nachos, chili cheese loaded fries, burnt end tips with Mac n cheese && cornbread. My fiancé got the fish dinner with Mac n cheese and coleslaw. Our entire bill was $68!”
