“The place was absolutely packet and since it was the day of the eclipse, management should have made sure there was more servers on duty. But that being said Natalie (being the ONLY server in a restaurant where the line was put the food and then some) did amazing, she did her absolute best to make sure everyone was sat and orders taken in order. She stayed friendly and pleasant throughout.The long haired cook though was very rude to her and even told she that she was not allowed a bathroom break and yelled at her where everyone could hear. Unimpressed with him. He die get the food out in a semi decent time and it tasted decent. But just unimpressed with him yelling at the server.“
“3/26/2024 We ordered takeout. One big steak omelet(which had steak on the top but none on the inside) and two western omelets with hashbrowns for two and pancakes for the other. These were the smallest omelets I've ever seen as well as the smallest portions of hashbrowns ever. They were over done on the outside and under done on the inside. We spent 51.39 for this underwhelming breakfast. I wish we had gone somewhere else.Update: I went to the link provided and answered all of the questions. Someone reached out to my fiance (he paid) and said they would be in touch in 4 to 5 days. IHOP has yet to reach out. 04/05/2024Update: 04/15/2024 IHOP remade our order today and it was delicious and loaded with ingredients. “While the place (Reynolds Road) could do with some updating, this is my absolute FAVORITE breakfast/brunch spot. It beats iHop and Bob Evans and Waffle House easily. The waffles are perfection. Service is always wonderful and the staff is very friendly. Worth visiting over and over again.“

“My first time at a Waffle House! It was pretty busy around 10am on a Saturday. Our waitress was nice but the food took a very long time to come out. There were many people working too. The food was actually really good! And the prices aren’t terrible. I would definitely come back, although only during the day on like a weekday when it is not so busy. The only bad thing was a guy sitting near us who literally had his entire buttcrack hanging out the entire time…that definitely spoiled my appetite ? not sure how people can have so little self-awareness and/or not care! “It has been awhile since I've been to a waffle house, about a year, and almost 2 years for this location. The eggs and hash browns were great. But the waffles have changed. They are the same diameter, but only half as thick. They have small indents (instead of the large ones). They are not crispy (almost like a pancake).I drove about an hour and a half to come here (I live north of Detroit). I will have to try a different location to see if they changed the waffle also“

Service was good and fast, you can have coffee while waiting for your table, the food is not in large portions because it is not the kind of restaurant to do that, taste was nice. Prices are reasonable. One coffee is enough for two people. The water is served with lime on a pitcher, which is nice.“
“Great place, good food. The service lacks a bit at times. We asked for water when we ordered our coffee's, we got our coffee then our food and never got the water. The waitress never came back until we were almost done with our food. Three of us asked for water and she only brought two. Kind of feels like a loud cafeteria but the food is absolutely delicious. The we had to wait 10+ min to check out. Not one person stated "I'll be with you in a minute" everyone just walked right past. Communication is key and they lack the communication.“

“I went here with a group, and it was my first time at a Scramblers. I like that they have a separate room for large groups. Our waitress was friendly and very good with large groups. The menu was easy to read and had plenty of gluten-free options.Dietary restrictions: Lots of gluten-free options. Gluten-free bread is available at an upcharge.“

There weren’t a ton of options, or at least ones that I would reach for, it felt too commercialized, and was a bit pricy for what you get. Regardless, our food was good but it wouldn’t be my first choice out of other nearby breakfast places.“
