“I had been looking for a great pizza place since moving back to Ohio 11 years ago. I had settled on Marcos because when they 1st opened, it was wonderful. I guess they’ve become complacent, or they have so much turnover, that they can’t provide good service anymore. I don’t know what has happened to this place. I have stopped patronizing the restaurant because of messed up orders, pizza boxes stuck to the toppings, and just a general lack of attention to detail. The app is way too unreliable, and you miss out on half of your rewards. When I did order, it was always for delivery. I’m my wife’s caregiver, and we don’t go out much anymore.“

“I love Fazoli's, I think of it like the fast food version of the Olive Garden. The carbonara is really good., switch out for penne. I didn't think I liked cheesecake until I ate the triple chocolate cheesecake. I'm sort of craving it now.“

“We arrived around 9pm. They close at 10, so I wasn't expecting top notch service, and that's a good thing. We were just going to sit at the bar. When we sat down, the bar tender very agitatedly looked at his watch and then back at us. So we were like, uh is it ok we sit here? The hostess said it was fine. And he's like, well I was just closing before you sat down. So we were like ok we'll just go get a table instead. At the table there was this persistent smell of egg. I couldn't figure it out until I realized it was coming from the plates. Gross. Waited forever for a box to go home.“

“I dined here for the first time yesterday and order the Fettuccine Alfredo w/chicken and a Caesar salad…both were absolutely delicious, the flavor was amazing and so was the Moscato wine which had the perfect amount of sweetness that I like! The breadsticks were amazing, they melt in your mouth. My server Aaron, was excellent, great personality with a wonderful sense of humor! I will definitely be back and will be making Milanos a regular place to have dinner! If you’ve never been here, I totally recommend giving Milano’s a try!!!“

“I always enjoy Little Italy, the food is always good and decently priced.
I am only giving 4 stars because I went with my whole family. 9 people. And my older mother in law paid the bill.
Mom realized the next morning that the bill she paid was not even ours! She paid like $160 plus a tip that was over $30. Turns out our actual bill was only $110 and so our tip would have been significantly less as well.
It took several calls and a few days wait but a manager DID refund the difference. But overall I'm disappointed that could've even happened. The orders weren't even similar.“

“The signature pizza is hands-down the best there is. People who quibble over curb appeal and cinnamon sticks are delusional. Pizza is not made from cauliflower-go eat a broccoli salad if this is your thing! Masseys pizza is the only place where the advertisement uses the actual product, and not some fake staged version. If you want the best, pay a few bucks more and don't whine about them being busy.“

“My Girlfriends order was completely wrong ordered pizza, bbq wings, & a 2-liter of Sprite. missed the wings yet put the bbq sauce on a cheese pizza, had to go back in and get my girlfriends wings order separately 25 more minutes of wait time.
Cierra the manager was super sweet and replaced everything with a credit. Bbq cheese pizza, was not my Girlfriend's thing, I tried a wing and they were pretty dang'on good.
Cierra showed great professionalism in making it right. We're going to try a veggie pizza next weekend. Thanks ya'll. Shout out to Cierra. I'll give them a second chance just on GP.“
