I ordered the club sub and the Italian sub, and both were made with fresh ingredients and super tasty. I also loved the surprise pickle! My order was made quickly, and the customer service was great. “This location has some of the nicest and most efficient employees I’ve encountered in a long time ! Every time I come in here they greet you with a “Hello” or “Welcome to Firehouse”.. Whether it’s an online order (that’s always ready by then time I get there), or ordering in person; they are always helpful and friendly. The nice guy who rang me up even honored a coupon that I didn’t realize was supposed to be online order only. I cannot say enough great things about the crew at Pickerington’s Firehouse Subs!“

She was, well groomed, polite, professional, had attention to detail, and had an amazing attitude. You could not find a better employee! She definitely deserves to be recognized.“

“Standard subway fare. New bread and "cali" menu options. The 2 girls working this particular shift were polite and expeditious....a change from what usually happens at this location. Little one's turkey sub was made to her standards. My veggie sub was what I expected (a lil overpriced for just veggies) but solid bread bites on either end void of sandwich filler.“

“This was my first time coming here and it’s exactly what it appears to be. A small business with a big heart. I don’t know about everyone else but sometimes the city is just too big, too many restaurant chains, we need little spots like this one. Food was incredible, it’s one guy making all the food and he even brought it out to me while I sat in the car. (I’m a big foodie)“
