Donuts near Piqua

“Stopped by the Piqua location at 6:30 a.m. this morning for coffee and donuts. Donuts were delicious as always. This location (like many others I'm sure) is severely understaffed, especially for a Sunday morning. A direct result of this was lukewarm coffee. This is a very rare occurrence and given the fact only two employees were working, it's understandable that there are going to be issues. The next time you're visiting a Tim Hortons maybe thank the employees for their dedication. Without someone showing up for work Tim's can't stay open. Great job this morning fellas!!“

“I love the owner , typically this is a fantastic restaurant but lately the service has not been up to their normal standards and the food and latte s have not been up to their typical standards. I hate leaving a bad review as I am a restaurant manager but they can’t fix what they don’t know. I have had 3 cold grilled cheese, an employee that gave me the wrong order and expected me to take it and pay for it and was rude. We are all going through a difficult time getting reliable and good employees , and keeping our standards where we expect them to be so I still recommend this location, I m simply posting so the owner knows there are areas that need to be addressed.“
