“I went to get food for breakfast on Saturday around 9:30 am. I got a steak egg and cheese bagel and a bacon egg and cheese bagel a sausage McGriddle a sausage egg and cheese McMuffin and three hash browns. I asked at the window for grape jelly and was told ok but didn’t receive it in the bag. I went inside and stood for a minute or so but just waiting to see if anyone would acknowledge me and they didn’t until a worker named Jonny I believe asked me and provided the jelly. I had the same experience with the other McDonald’s here in Piqua and I don’t go there anymore even though it’s closer to me. Thank you Jonny for seeing me it’s appreciated because I would drive to another city for better service if needed.“
