“This McDonald’s is So Slow in the Morning got people standing around talking an not working they just need to worry about their job an getting people in an out like it should be other then that they are not bad they just need to work on some things to be better“
“Their ice cream machine is always working when I am craving a milkshake. Specifically went to get the Shamrock shake during this run and I was not disappointed whatsoever. Yummy. I also got some fries and nuggets that were hot and ready for consumption.“

“It had a play place. It had handicapped accessible seating. The food was ok. I didn't give it five stars because it was hard to find a clean table. You had to order your food from a kiosk. We ate in so someone brought our food out when it was ready.“

My food was hot and looks exactly like you see in commercials and I ordered 3 cups of Mac sauce and when I tell you they were filled to the brim. I will only be going out of my way to come to this McDonald’s now, because no McDonald’s in Dayton gives you any more than just a squirt of Mac sauce in a cup THIS WAS THE BEST EXPERIENCE THANK YALL SO MUCH!“
“This McDonald's is quite good. Although it was busy, they managed to serve orders promptly. The staff was very friendly. There's a nice shaded patio where you can dine outside. The lobby still features a pop station, and there are two functioning Touch2Play tables for kids to play video games.“

“My experience this morning at this particular McDonald's was wonderful! I myself work at a McDonald's and we don't even have it this together in the mornings, from customer service down to the food was wonderful and I will be back from now on every morning that I need fresh coffee and fresh food it's a wonderful day LOL I don't care what nobody says when you're a coffee drinker that cup matters in the morning especially when you're in a rush to go to work and my cup was perfect perfect perfect perfect!

“UPDATE: it all depends on the team / manager, these guys offered a free large drink upgrade for the uber customer I was delivering to as she didn’t find the option to get a large drink on the app and they made the customer happy, which I really appreciate.
Old review: Unfortunately, the worst McDonald’s I’ve ever dealt with. I was doing an Uber eats delivery and asked for a cup of water which you can always get from all other fast food restaurants for free (Even other McDonald’s) but the employee refused saying the lobby is closed. Are you serious? Am I going to sit and drink it while doing a delivery? I asked him again and he just refused. Go to Taco bell, Burger King, any other major restaurant (even other McDonald’s branches) and you can get water for free. I would NEVER come here as a customer.“
“I can’t believe I’m writing a review for a McDonald’s, but this location has it going on!!! Super clean, updated interior. Bathrooms were spotless and spelled so fresh and so clean! The staff was friendly, quick, and I felt like the customers were all coming to their local watering hole for some Saturday-morning community. Wish this were my local McDonald’s… Well done, staff and crew!“

“Very seldom do I dine in. The drive through for me is moving as it should. Drive through service at times is excellent. The staff have always been nice. And orders are excellent then once in a while you will get that bag. But they will fix the problem“

“As a younger Canadian male at the time who just ventured off of Martin Luther King Jr Boulevard I was a little shaken. To enter this establishment and see every employee was black. I was now even potentially in shock. And well it was the most welcoming experience and the people straight up loving people. It made me feel a little better after all of it. Was the best Mcdonalds ive ever had so far. The reviews arent that good but Ill never forget the warm welcome. This is the only mcdonalds that made me smile. It was mostly my ignorance and being under travelled also unaware of people culture and identity that made my heart beat being 6 hours from home. Heart warming walking into this place id do it again! You made a white boy feel welcome .“
