“It has been a while since I came to this location. They have updated. I stopped in for a coffee and a breakfast sandwich. The service was quick. My food was hot, which means fresh. I can't speak for evenings as I have not ever been here at dinner time. I love the update they have made to this location. I have also been in the restrooms they were clean. The gentleman cleaning the seating area was nice he greeted me when I came in. When I left, he told me to have a great day. The drive-thru line moves quickly as well. I noticed before going in & when I was leaving. My experience was good. I can't speak for others.“

“It's mcdonald's, so I'm not gonna give it 5 stars on the atmosphere, but it's clean, and it doesn't smell like dirt or old grease like some others do. Food is standard fast food, but this location has always given me hot food. Service is usually really good, but recently, we had someone help us who was rude to the point that my husband said something. Usually, neither think much of it as we've both been in the service industry.“

“Waited 20 minutes for a cheeseburger and large fry (curbside pickup at 1:30pm). I had to literally call the store to check on status of my food. When I called they hadn't started it yet.Go to the McDonald's on Merily Way. Much better service during lunch time.Edit: The manager compensated me for the delay (before posting this review). So, I'm upping my 3-star service to 5-star service. It's been a while since a restaurant compensated without being asked! For that reason alone, I'll give them another shot.“
“Went through the drive-thru at 10:30 am; and I had to pull forward to wait for my food, because they just switched over to the lunch menu.I waited 15 minutes and then went inside and met the girl as she was coming out with my food. The Restaurant located on Gettysburg Avenue in Dayton, Ohio 45417 has the WORST customer service I have EVER experienced.It takes away from the food that was properly prepared and the taste was delicious.My breakfast was hot and fresh.However, the "Customer Service" or lack thereof was appalling and embarrassing. The young Lady at the first window was very disrespectful. I simply stated, "How are you this morning?" I was greeted with an eye roll. She did rudely announced my total yelling $19.27. Then handed me my change and closing the window.I arrived at window number two. I stated to another "young Lady", "Wow that drink looks delicious. What's that?"Her exact words were, "Ugh it's Ice Coffee with a frown.She handed me my breakfast.This young Lady had her pants sagging and her bright pink underwear was showing so much so that I kindly stated, "Sweetheart you might want to pull your pants up or pull down your t-shirt."Yes I said T-shirt. One young Lady had in a "Hair Bonnet with a hair roller sticking out the front.I could continue but I'm embarrassed even having to repeat what I've seen and experienced. This is an on going situation here at this location. It's extremely unprofessional, disrespectful and honestly outright disappointing.On any given day you may recieve decent food. But the Customer Service will send most running for Burger King.“

“Stopped in here because I have not eaten all day, ordered two cheeseburgers with extra ketchup, mustard, and onion. Not only did they give me extra of what I ordered the buns were soft and fluffy, not squished down and the patty tasted very good and fresh. 10/10 will come back here“

Last week I had a particularly rough day at work, and when I got there, the service was so nice it made my day.“
“I placed a really annoying (not on purpose) and complicated Door Dash order. It was a pretty expensive order ($60) so I kept my fingers crossed. The order was fantastic! All my special requests were honored. It was SUPER tasty. Fine job, Evening Staff! People are quick to complain these days. They should take more time to recognize jobs well done. I also regularly go to this location to pick up a dozen breakfast burritos. Morning Staff is great, too!“
“Came to get my son something to eat and the line was almost to the street! Which I soon found out that didn’t matter.. the line was moving so fast before I knew it I was at the speaker! Everything was put in correctly on the screen very fast. When I pulled to the first window he didn’t tell me my order or thank you once giving me my card back but things was going so fast I didn’t care! At the second window I was greeted by a blonde with a smile and handing me my food as I was pulling up lol she said thank you and have a nice day and I pulled off not even coming to a full stop lol. Whatever crew worked February 27 2023 at 7:57pm is a winning team! They know the assignment and are great at it!!! Oh and everything was fresh and it was even napkins in the bag!!“

And when we call to try to speak with someone they never answers the phone. We are truly getting frustrated and they are just taking our money and not crediting it back on our card. I think they believe it's free money but it's not free for us we have to work for ours not for someone to just take...“
