“Food was ordered through the mobile app, got to the drive thru and gave them my code pulled up and was asked to park in the mobile order parking while they finished bagging the order. Came out within 3-4 minutes...fries were hot, the food was fresh and order was correct!!! This doesn't happen alot at many restaurants anymore.“
“I wanted to give a shout out to Logan, Manager, at Arbor Square in Mason, Ohio. He went above and beyond and assisted me in using the McDonalds app as I am lost with all these apps and how to use them. I am a bit handicap and he helped me carry all my drinks and food out. He ROCKS and he has excellent customer service . We need more customer service reps like Logan. He was so kind, sweet and patient while I was using your app. Pls give him so praise on how he assisted me with so many things. Ty, Logan. I certainly do appreciate you!!
