“Took my elderly in-laws there today, as they have stopped driving. As we got them seated, a couple of employees appeared at our table and exclaimed “Hey there Mr. Fred!” It had been a while since they had been in and the employees expressed how glad they were to see my in-laws and how they had been worried about them. I’ve never seen such care for their customers at a McDonalds. While we were there, we saw deep cleaning happening while things were slow, as well as heard someone say “We’re all on one team here.” Very refreshing to see in this industry. The franchisee should be proud of the team they have here.“
“Our order was correct. Filet o' fish sandwiches were fresh and tasty, as was my iced coffee. We went through the drive thru, so I can't rate the atmosphere. The young guy in the drive thru window looked bored and jaded. (Thu Jan 11 approx 3pm)“
