“I wanted to give a shout out to Logan, Manager, at Arbor Square in Mason, Ohio. He went above and beyond and assisted me in using the McDonalds app as I am lost with all these apps and how to use them. I am a bit handicap and he helped me carry all my drinks and food out. He ROCKS and he has excellent customer service . We need more customer service reps like Logan.
