“I only hit the drive thru here for a diet coke on the way home from my doctor's appointments. It's been a different employee working the drive thru each time. They move the customers through quickly and they are always really nice and smiling.“

“Went through the drive thru because I needed something quick for a dinner before heading home. Got a chicken nuggets with large fries and they had my order ready way faster than I expected from a fast food restaurant. Nothing was missing from the order I received either which is amazing. Overall solid mcdonalds branch“

“Great service almost always dont get an attitude when they make a mistake and you bring back your food I think that is the lames worst customer service to have an attitude with the customer because they made a mistake so kudos for not being like the rest of the Industry and keep it up we love what ur doing at this location u definitely stand out above ALOT of the other locations.“

“My husband and i come to this location every morning and every morning Charles greets us with a contagious smile and always a positive attitude. I used to go through the drive thru, but my order was always wrong. Once I started doing counter pick up, ive had no problem. “Tara was an awesome Manager. Even after a customer was being a stupid person! You all know those types. And Raj was awesome as well. They should keep Tess, a TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE PERSONALITY, away from customers. She doesn't know how to talk to people.“

“I came through at around 7:25 like I always do and let me tell you, I cannot sing enough praises about your morning staff- ESPECIALLY the two lovely women I encounter a lot. There's a grandmother at the register- love her. And then your all star is the lovely young woman who always smiles. I think she is a manager. She's always smiling and greets me by name even when I don't use the mobile app. She's one of the sweetest people ever and if McDonalds knows anything; do anything to keep her. “The kids discovered the play area before we ordered the food. So they played and little and ordered food. Ate drank and was merry. Oh saturday they played two hours. On Sunday they wanted to go back for an hour and 45 minutes. Nice, cool, clean.“

“The cashier Chuck is the best worker at this Mc Donald’s. His customer service skills are excellent compared to the rest of the of the staff there. He deserves a raise or a promotion. “Came here with a friend while we were around the town and grabbed some lunch. I went with a McChicken, fries and an Oreo McFlurry. Everything tasted good and our food didn’t take forever to come out. Not to mention, the place was very clean as well! Overall just a nice and easy lunch experience I had“

“We ordered our food to eat in 11:45 am. It was a very happy group of employees. It was busy, inside, in spite of that there were smiles everywhere. It seemed that the happiness of the employees rubbed off on those waiting for their food. I was VERY impressed, because it is a very hard job at McDonald's, as well as all retail, but it was like they all love their job. And the big mac I ordered was beautiful, it looked like the menu picture. It was all tasty and we had a wonderful lunch.“

“Stopped by for lunch and got a Big Mac with fries and a Coke after a long shift. Everything came out hot and the fries were fresh and crispy. The employees were nice to me the entire time and I got my order pretty fast even with a few people ahead of me in the line. Really good experience overall, I enjoyed the service“

“First of all, the bathroom was very clean when I went in. So I highly recommend going into this place. But I was able to get a nice sandwich McChicken added pickle and a daily double sandwich which is extremely good and then top it off with an ice cream cone on the way out. You just can't get good service sometimes because everything's done by the kiosk but I guess that's what changing the times are.“

“Went late at night so was already expecting not the best service or food, and the line was pretty long. The line moved surprisingly fast and employees were friendly enough. But the food was actually good enough to inspire me to write a review. Every item seemed to have been made with care, fries extremely hot, plenty of drizzle on the frappe and not cheap with the bacon on the sandwich. The food exceeded my expectations“

“I usually just grab something and leave but decided to dine in this time. Ordered a Double Cheeseburger, medium fries and an Oreo McFlurry. Food came out pretty quick and my burger was actually put together nicely instead of looking like it got thrown into the box, Staff seemed chill and the restaurant was clean aswell“

“i’m very confused as to why i see so many negative reviews here! i’ve always gotten great service, fresh food, and not had to wait all too long unless it was busy and that’s understandable!! i’ve been coming here every frequently for months and have NEVER had an issue, if the order is wrong, they fix it for me with no issues, and are polite about it. i think this place is great, better than most mcdonald’s around here. it’s my go to location, their breakfast is SO good, they make the burritos with good portions and the hashbrowns are always hot. same with lunch and dinner, i’ve never had a problem here ☺️“

“Out of the 6 or 7 McDonald’s within a 10-15 mile radius of this one. This one is by far superior to the others. It was my first time going in and ordering. The employees were nice and cheerful. You don’t see that often and the food was good. One star deducted because the fries didn’t seem fresh fresh.“

“It could have been worse. The person in the drive thru did not show our order on the screen. And we were given items that we didn't order which in turn caused us to be over charged. Burgers and fries were hot and fresh. I did appreciate that.“

“I'm pretty sure Kendra is the only person keeping this ship afloat in the mornings. Its usually her and maybe 1 other person dealing with the morning rush, but she really holds it down. Give that lady a raise! She's the only reason we even come here anymore, if she's not there our order is guaranteed to get messed up.“

“This McDonald’s is quite literally one of the worst McDonald’s I’ve ever been to other than the Beachmont location, but I must give it a five star because the one and only cashier patty is the Coolest person I’ve ever met. She literally is the only reason I go there had to wait for food for nearly an hour, but is always helpful. No matter the circumstances, she needs manager position and to be paid the highest. “5$ meal -Price is right, tastes good and really filling for the price. The one thing that is troublesome is that all too often the fries are upside down in the drive through bag. Maybe there's a reason, but makes having to dig through the bag in the car unpleasant. I've eaten here relatively frequently.“

“Today, the food was relatively hot (except for the chicken nuggets). Those with hamburgers said all was good. The fries were warm. The lady in the dining room was the nicest person. She talked to us and to the kids and helped get us a high chair. I wish I got her name to say thank you!“
